Old as in the 1900s,her family had a weird way of recording their moments either on tapes or writing them down.But that was not what she was looking for.Novels rang in her head
she was obsessed with them everything ranging from action to hopeless romance.
she was hopelessly in love with them but school took her away from them.Well that wasn't entirely true,school and the fact that she was too lazy to go through them but now that she had nothing to do.Why not do it now
After minutes of searching,she found one.
'cough'.Her eyes watered as she blew the dust off the cover.The cover read

No brainer it was a romance novel,her best genre nonetheless but something told her to look further.she dug deeper and deeper getting more and more impatient
After about five minutes,she gave up Her mind had registered too many Brad's birthday or sherry's wedding.But her eyes caught something, something sparkling beneath all those tapes
she approached it cautiously for no reason.perhaps she thought it was a shiny bomb if that was even possible
She grabbed one of the tapes and hurled it at the shiny object.
"Thud".it hit it and nothing happened.she waited for about a minute and decided it was safe to go
leaning on one foot,she stretched her hand and grabbed it .she dangled it letting her eyes deduce what the heck it was
It looked like a necklace but also looked like a bracelet
"weird".she said as she slumped on her bed and brought it above her, dangling it but this time she let her finger trace the outline,it felt cold to touch,her eyes were wandering round the room and very soon she fell asleep
"Bang,Joyce don't you dare walk out on me".That was the first sentence her mind registered
She was surprised she fell asleep maybe it was the milkshake coupled with the shiny object
"ugh,guess their therapy session didn't go so well".Leyla deduced,her head was spinning and she hoped she hadn't come down with a fever.Her thoughts were interrupted as she heard the thump thump of footsteps storming up the steps
"Leyla,Leyla dear".Joyce called out,leaving the hopeless breadwinner staring at her behind
"yes mum". Leyla replied,not even trying to hide her disheveled hair
"Honey what happened?".she asked in surprise.ok,that was over the top did she look that bad
"oh,it's nothing just had a little nap".She faked a yawn.she hoped her mum would get the signal and let her be but No
she never gets it
"Honey,The therapy session was the worst".She began as she led Leyla to her bed
"Hey, what happened here".joyce asked as she noticed the pile of tapes on the floor
"I just wanted to clean up".she lied but technically it wasn't a lie.By leaving them on the floor,the dust piled up will leave
