Dedicated to the guy who said the villains weren't villainous enough.
A smirk swarmed Jack's pierced body. Soon thunder began emanating out in strands of volatile yellow.
Shrarld merely grumbled as he began shaking his right hand.
BANG.
Thunder exploded in a mess right into Shrarld. It was a thunderclone.
Shrarld was unbothered as he turned around inhumanely fast.
The real jack was charging in, engulfed by thunder and wielding his blade. He was in the first of 3 forms taught to him by Herculainz.
"Got you now."
His face was energetic and vibrant.
For the last time.
Shrarld released a rather explosive punch with his colossal and pumped right arm.
Boom.
A deafening boom rang out as Shrarld's fist decimated Jack thoroughly.
A shower of murky tainted blood spat all over Talia.
She had a blank look on her face. Her mouth slowly quivered and twitched. She had seen Jack looking at her in his last moments, a look of sorrow.
It didn't make sense.
Jack was always joyful.
"J-jack?"
Her hands began spazzing out.
Her face was instantly consumed by devastation as reality solidified.
"JACK?"
Her eyes were so wide that they looked like they were going to roll out of their sockets.
Veins had formed all over her eyes, making her look insane and crazy.
Her face softened.
"Jack?"
Again and again, Talia just kept on repeating the word "Jack."
The bloody guts of Jack which had slid over the floor soon started reforming.
And like a man born from death, Jack rose again, his usual cheery smile plastered onto his face.
His eyebrows rose as he saw his old teammate.
"Talia!"
"Jack!."
Talia ran out desperately, Jack ran out in joy.
The contrast in their moods felt sickening.
Talia was in such a derelict state that she didn't care how abnormal or inhumane it was.
She didn't mind that Jack's remains had just been blasted all over the floor merely a few seconds ago.
To her Jack was-.
Jack was perfect.
She didn't even mind that she had been showered in Jack's very own blood.
She and Jack finally met and they hugged.
As they hugged, Talia wept and let her emotions repent.
Her tears ran down her face, mixing in with the fresh blood.
"I-I I thought you were gone."
Talia just kept on weeping. Her emotions grew and twisted with every passing second.
Jack just kept smiling joyfully as he kept Talia embraced.
They were like two trees, forever rooted in each other.
A small sound crept before building up to a climax.
Chrt.
A small shadow spike came out from Jack's belly. Blood leaked down Talia's behind.
And the two soon fell over.
Jack had embraced her the entire time.
Talia fell into a world of Jack's love as he slowly melted into a vicious black liquid all over her.
It burned.
But to Talia, it burned with love.
An infestation of red formed on her face, and she soon started moaning.
Her mouth gaped open from the love she was receiving from Jack.
Unholy noises emerged from her.
Just as she felt Jack's love caress her and dominate her, a huge uncaring bare foot loomed over her head. The shadows cooled over Jack's love gradually.
BOOM.
A deafening roar rang out as the foot hit the ground, causing the surroundings to reverberate.
Blood shot out in every direction as the shadows on the ground returned to their usual places, eerily.
The blood that had exploded and landed on the surroundings slowly started dripping downward.
Shrarld sniffed inwards tightly.
Soon, all that was left was a corrupted seething silence.
Shrarld trotted over to the airport, he had wasted too much time.
As Shrarld charged through New York, each of his steps forming craters and delicate cracks in the ground a figure descended like a comet.
Boom.
A small puff of dust rose from the ground, concealing this new entree.
Through the dust cloud, two blazing circles of white whirred.
"It is I, Air-Lord. You have messed with the wrong territory, Shrarld. I will personally end y-."
"Futile."
Shrarld's voice grumbled. His mere appearance caused the hero before him to shake.
As the dust subsided, an entire metal suit covered in white scriptures was revealed. The two whirring circles of shining white seemed afraid of the man before them.
Shrarld's anger manifested into his right arm. Veins sprouted and stretched as his muscles closed in and tightened.
Shrarld's god-born body moved with speed that even the agile and prideful Air-Lord could not keep up with.
BOOM.
Unlike Jack, the Air-lord survived the hit by crossing his arms out from last-moment instinct.
A huge aftermath of faint-grey air remnants due to the shock wave of the punch.
10 Buildings.
The Air-Lord was sent flying through 10 Buildings from the mere shock. The force formed a tunnel and the Air-Lord could still see Shrarld's huge figure even after he crashed through the tenth building.
Metal and shrapnel had pierced his titanium suit. The punch had opened up several cracks in the suit itself.
The Air-Lord thought he was safe as Shrarld leaped away with a bang but then realized that he was stuck.
"Eh?"
It felt like his arms were being sucked into the wall behind him. Some sort of invisible tug.
The Air-lord then realized that despite being stuck in a wall, it was getting dark.
Or rather, the shadows were shifting.
All around him grew to be his enemy.
The shadows gnawed and devoured his arms first. There was no pain, just the death of hope.
Air-Lord's eyes whirred desperately as he grew blind. He used all the power he had stored, even threatening to go into over-heat but nothing he did could eliminate the shadows consuming him.
No matter how much his legs flailed, soon they two were sucked into the writhing shadows.
The last light in the tunnel was cut off in one sick instance.
And the Air Lord's shining eyes started flickering.
"W-why?"
His pure and heroic voice had become frail and hoarse.
His suit had been devoured by shadows revealing a weak and skinny constitution.
"I-I just wanted to be a hero."
The AIr-Lord received no answer.
The hissing of shadows burned into his back.
And a tide of shadows fell upon him.
For a few moments, it felt like he was in a cage of rabid dogs that bit and yanked at his skin.
But then it all just felt numb.
He had died a moment before his consciousness slipped.
Shrarld leaped from building to building using his extraordinary constitution. If he met any more heroes then he might miss his flight. Shrarld was willing to do a lot of things but he wasn't willing to swim to China.
The Airport in New York that he needed to get to was on a lone island connected by one bridge. Although there was no water, there was a mass crater that spanned around the airport. A result of a previous supervillain by the name of -Crater-.
Shrarld swiftly noticed that there were no more buildings to jump to so he merely dropped directly into the street that connected right to the bride.
Boom.
A huge storm of smoke rose from his landing. It blew away with the wind, revealing his unfazed figure.
Terrifyingly, Shrarld picked up his pace and started sprinting forwards, down the bridge.
Each of his steps sent deafening shockwaves into the air and crippled the infrastructure of the bridge.
He had already created hundreds of pot-holes.
Although the air should've been stagnant, as it was a dull day for wind in New York, it was running.
It fleed from Shrarld in fright. Shrarld met no air resistance, only increasing his running speed.
As Shrarld effortlessly reached the halfway point of the bridge he noticed a boy at the end of the bridge using his paranormal eyesight.
His eyes squinted and focused on the attributes of the boy.
Fiery-red hair and a constitution no older than 12.
He had a look of determination and the spirit of a protector.
The ideal Shrarld stomp victim.
Shrarld only increased his momentum, the boy seemed worthy to receive his oily foot.
Shrarld's hair flapped up and down causing his barren forest eyes to hide and pounce every second.
The boy braced himself for combat. Flames started erupting from his figure.
His hands clenched from the heat but he was ready.
The figure of Shrarld was fast approaching. The boy had been feeling harsh winds coming his way for a while.
Gathering a huge ball of flames in his fist he pulled his right arm back, ready to blast the supervillain ahead with all his might.
The boy screamed with tightly-clenched eyes as he ran childishly towards Shrarld.
"I WON'T LET YOU HURT MY FAMIL-."
BOOM.
Shrarld didn't even punch the boy.
He just burst straight through him.
The boy's body was upturned and stomped out in one millisecond.
First, his feet broke, then he fell on his back.
And then, an already bloody foot stomped down with incredible force.
His remains tainted the black-painted bridge. His heart had squealed for air in its last moments.
The boy's family were running away towards the airport. The boy had chosen to stay behind just a few seconds ago.
They prayed that they would be alright if they just made it inside.
If they just reached the doors-.
"Huh?"
Their heads all dropped down in sync.
Their figures couldn't move forwards.
A pulling sensation yanked at their feet.
Shadows from a nearby car were working like a whirlpool.
They cursed and shrieked as the incoming figure of Shrarld sprinted deafeningly through the airport.
Straight in their direction.
