"Lady Eve, please, be careful!" Lady Rose exclaimed as she reached out for Eve who was almost tumbling down the carriage. Her heart nearly rolled out of her mouth when she saw Eve miss her footing in an attempt to climb into the carriage. Lady Rose grabbed Eve's arms and gently shoved her into the carriage before entering after her.
Outside the carriage, Lady Gulbrey and a few other ladies bade them farewell but, Lady Rose was too busy helping Eve settle inside the carriage to notice the few ladies. She gave a command and the horse trotted forward.
"Lady Rose, more… pour more wine for me!" Eve smacked her lips noisily and reached out her hands with her eyes closed.
Lady Rose narrowly escaped with her face from Eve's unexpected flying palm, she gently pushed Eve's hands away and patted her shoulder.
"No more, there is no more wine" Lady Rose uttered.
Hearing this, Eve's body jerked up, she pulled away from the lady and forced her eyes to open.
