"Sister, what happened?!" Both Siena and Nina arrived at the room after hearing Muna's scream. They saw their sisters' eyes fixed on a particular spot.
And following her gaze, the sisters saw that she was staring at the casket in the distance.
"Where is master?" Nina spoke as she took a look around, and her gaze fell on the shimmering casket, which was hovering in the air while a golden light illuminated it.
"Don't tell me—" Siena spoke with a shocked expression.
"Yes, he's inside the casket of memories." Muna completed what Seina wanted to say.
Nina was left confused as she heard what her sisters said. She wasn't the brightest when it came to knowledge. Now, I'm not saying she's dumb, but she simply didn't care.
Not able to contain her curiosity, Nina asked as she raised her hands, almost appearing like a pupil who wanted to ask a question.
"Um, what is the casket of memories?" Nina's voice was usually low.
Siena rolled her eyes: "As expected of you. I didn't expect you to know though." Siena glanced at Muna, who was in a seemingly deep trance, gazing at the floating casket.
Siena knew that if it were possible, Muna would enter the coffin, but that was the problem—only one person could enter the coffin.
"…" Nina slightly pinched Siena on her meaty butt, waking the vampire from her muse.
"My question?"
"If only you studied, you wouldn't be asking me this question." Siena felt frustrated, but she could only explain:
"The casket of memories can transport anyone into the memories of dead or living beings, and the person would live those memories as if they were real."
"It's just memories, so why are you guys making it look like a big deal?" Nina didn't get it. Because of her understanding, the casket of memories didn't look harmful.
"It's a big deal," Muna said with an emotionless face, but her sisters knew that beneath that face was a worried Muna.
"If he can't find an exit out of the memory, he'll enter a state called 'eternal slumber'."

"This is what I get for watching too many horror movies," Alucard muttered to himself when he landed butt-first in a dark alley. He got up and brushed the dust off his clothes before walking out.
As he walked towards the exit of the alley, he stepped back when he remembered something. 'Vampires can't walk in the sun."
The vampire glanced up at his number one enemy—the sun, which was scorching as hell as if humans had done something terrible.
But in this situation, Alucard had a vague guess that the sun was shining this bright because of him.
'I'm Dracula's son, right? I should at least have some resistance to the sun? The vampire thought as he proceeded to step out. When he was just a few inches out of the alley, he stretched his hands outside.
Alucard closed his eyes, expecting his hands to turn into ash, but as his eyes snapped open,
His arm was no longer attached to his shoulder.
"What!!!!" Seeing the state of his arm, Alucard didn't think twice as he flinched back into the alley.
"Fuck!!!!" The vampire roared as he gritted his teeth; he collapsed to the ground and started wiggling as he felt an excruciating pang of pain surge through his body.
"Fuck! Fuck! FUCK!"
Some painful seconds later, Alucard gasped as he tried to calm himself.
"I'm stuck." Realization down on him. If he couldn't get out of there, then what was the point of opening the casket in the first place?
In his trance, he peered at his left arm from the corner of his eyes and saw it growing back.
"As expected of vampires!"
Since he was formally human, the sight of his hands growing wasn't pleasant to look at, so Alucard glanced away. Either way, he was glad that it was just his arm.
What if he had walked out, thinking that the sun would not affect him just because he was Dracula's son?
Alucard shuddered at that thought as beads of sweat gathered on his forehead.
"But at the same time, I need to get out of here. There must be a reason for the casket to bring me here." Alucard thought, but then veins bulged on his head:
"WHERE THE FUCK IS THAT SELF-PROCLAIMED GODDESS?"
In times like this, the vampire really needed Lucy by his side.
But after remembering that he was the one who opened the casket, he shut up. If anything, the ghost wasn't at fault here; it was him.
Picking himself up again, Alucard strolled towards the exit, but this time he just peered outside.
And with his enhanced vision as a vampire, it didn't take long for him to see everything clearly. His eyes narrowed more as he zoomed in on the street.
On the street, crowds of people in white robes and loosely worn crosses on their necks could be seen walking around randomly, while some were wearing normal clothes.
If Alucard could describe the clothing, it would be the clothes back in the medieval era. Seeing their clothes and their building styles, the vampire concluded that they were in the medieval era.
But the bugging thing here was not their clothes or the building.
It was the holy church! He could feel an irritating holy energy in the air!
His eyes zoomed on their necks, and he could visibly see the holy cross. When his gaze lingered too much on the cross, he felt a slight burning sensation that forced him to glance away.
"Is this the holy city Muna always talks about?"
In the past, he had heard Muna talking about the holy city with disgust in her eyes. If he could remember clearly, she said that the holy city was huge and magnificent, and it was one of the most beautiful cities in Freya.
However, looking at the current city that appeared to be wrecked, the vampire couldn't help but shake his head. Soon, his vampire's ears pick up the whispers of the citizens from several miles away.
"Have you heard?"
"Heard what?"
"The vampire queen would be hanged today."
Alucard hears several whispers like this all over the city.
"Vampire Queen? Hanged?" He was now curious to go watch the execution.
But suddenly, he heard a voice:
"Hey, what are you doing here?!"
