The next day Thea woke up late as she overslept for more than an hour. She was so exhausted last night. Thus, it was no wonder that she slept like a dead dog.
When she opened her eyes, she didn't want to get down unlike her usual self instead she stayed in her comfy bed while dismissing her alarms. It was until her mother told her that she wouldn't be able to go to school on time, certain someone forced her half-dead body to leave the dreamy heaven.
Thea quickly took a wash and dressed up. She didn't have time to apply make-up but she wasn't worried about that. She was always a beauty with or without make-up. Moreover, she wasn't the kind of person who would rely on make-up to hide their real face.
"Eat your breakfast." Her mother urged her when she saw that her daughter was getting ready to leave the house with a backpack on her back.
Thea refused her by saying that she was already late. She quickly gulped down some milk and headed towards the garage where her car had parked.
