At the same time, Wade after getting out of the elevator, he walked towards the balcony. The breeze graced his face and his heart finally calmed down a little. He stared at the tall buildings in front of him. Then his eyes moved downward and noticed the tiny people walking on the road.
They looked like small ants and his eyes automatically started to search for that mysterious girl. When he could not find her, he gripped the balcony railing and his knuckles turned red.
His mind showed the images of their passionate night and he remembered how her clumsy hands roamed all over his body. It made him tremble even now and he noticed his thing below stood up straight as if her small hands were still snaked around it.
He had never felt like this in his entire life before with any other woman. After he was cursed by that damn witch, he had lost his senses to feel anything about anyone any more.
But with her near him, it was completely different. He felt the arousal in his body and she made him feel alive again. He wanted to keep her locked in his house, if only he could catch her.
She kept on flying away from him every time he caught her which left him frustrated. Her moans echoed in his head and he swirled around to leave from there.
At that moment, a sweet voice echoed near him and made him lift one of his eyebrows. He was irritated at first but then when he came to know who that person was, he immediately hid his emotions and smiled in a professional way.
"Hi, I am Robyn. I did not expect to meet you here, Mr. Wade," She told him and then smiled at him with curious eyes.
"Welcome to our hotel. How was your stay, Ms. Robyn?" Wade asked her and shook her hands.
Without letting go of his hands, Robyn held it tightly as she rubbed the back of his hands with her other hand. She then told him with a face full of smile,
"It was very pleasant, I must say. But I kept missing you. Also, After meeting you, I am very much convinced that I did not make a wrong decision to choose your hotel chain for the future collaboration."
Wade glanced at their joint hands once but decided to ignore it. He did not feel anything even when such a sexy woman stood next to him and made advances towards him.
"I did hear that when my assistant offered you a luxury suite, you declined it and asked for a normal room. I understand that your tourism sector concentrates mostly on working class people. So, getting an experience by staying in our hotel's normal room, shows how dedicated you are! I am impressed," Wade said to her with a mesmerizing smile while trying to remove his hand from her clutch.
Robyn pretended as if she had just noticed his attempt and let go of his hands with an apologetic smile immediately. She then hurriedly said,
"I am sorry, I am a big fan of yours. I am not sure if you remember me but I am actually your junior in college. I have always admired you a lot and to see you in person again, I mean… I am … I am… I got a little enthusiastic and … held your hand… for a long time…"
She stammered a little and her cheeks had a pinkish shade. She then slowly pushed her hair locks behind her ears and looked at him with admiring eyes. Before she could say any more, Daniel came running towards them and interrupted her alone time with Wade.
"I hope you had a great stay here, Ms. Robyn. The conference room is this way, please…" Daniel said and showed her the way with both his hands.
He then tried to avoid Wade's gaze on him and tried to escape along with her. Even though Robyn was not interested to go, she thought she would have more chances to be alone with Wade once the meeting is over. So she walked in the direction Daniel showed her.
After noticing Daniel rushing behind her, Wade's face got harder and harder. Daniel thought he had finally escaped the claws of the angry wolf. But Wade was faster than him and within a few steps, he blocked Daniel's path.
Wade then murmured in Daniel's ears, "Did you find her?"
'Find her? I climbed thirteen floors just now because you did not let me come along with you in the elevator. How in the world would I get time for anything else?' He wondered.
He could not express his thoughts as he was sure that Wade would really hang his head on the wall once he asked that question. He shook his head in slow motion and said in a low voice,
"We are still working on tracing her, Master. We will find her soon."
"You better keep your word and find her before this meeting ends. Or else…" Wade poked his head and pointed at the wall in front of them.
Daniel sweated profusely and nodded his head continuously. Wade then walked away from him while placing his hand on Robyn's back. When he noticed her body turn red because of his naughtiness, he thought,
'All women are the same! It doesn't matter if they are successful or not! Anyone would be willing to come under me with just a single touch of mine.'
When Daniel saw Wade's change in behavior, he let out a sigh of relief and followed behind them with a happy face.
'He is back to normal again,' He smiled for the first time that day.
At that moment, Stelle came from behind him and shouted, "Boo!"
Daniel's smile disappeared immediately and he jumped up in fright.
"What the hell!" Daniel screamed and turned around to see Stella standing next to him with a crooked face.
"Don't get happy so soon. You still haven't found the girl yet," She mumbled.
"Ohhh…. It's you," He held his thumping chest and shook his head in disappointment.
"Stop showing up in front of me whenever you want. Just get away from me and mind your own business," Daniel hissed those words and tried to push her away from him.
But then Wade, who was just letting Robyn inside the conference room, closed the door behind her once she was inside. He then turned around and stared at Daniel.
"Have you made up your mind to defy whatever I am doing or saying from now on? I had asked her to come here and attend the meeting instead of you as you will be going out and doing the job I assigned you to do this morning," Wade finished the sentence with a poker face.
"Job? What? Which job?" Daniel blinked his eyes innocently as he looked at Wade with a huge question mark on his face.
As he thought that he was already doing his job by accompanying Wade to attend this meeting. 'What other work would I have other than this one?' He wondered.
"Yes, JOB! Job, The JOB!" Stella stressed the word 'job' several times and she pushed Daniel away this time.
