The strum of the guitar made the birds outside the window chirp. Noah never thought that he would be able to do the solo performance for his assessment. His guess was right. As soon as he stood in the front of the classroom, he froze, his heart rate spiked and he started feeling light-headed.
Of course his teacher was nice enough to let him go and get some fresh air in the music room. Sometimes Noah believed that if his life was easier, he wouldn't be so scared. Maybe if he was more conscious of life instead of his internal fears, he would have friends.

The music room was his safe haven. In here, he felt comfortable, it let all his fears disappear, all his insecurities and all the fragile thoughts that would taunt him in his head float away. This room was his home.

Singing. His passion, something he could relate to. He could never feel fear from singing songs. When he writes his music, even if he is stuck from the day's anxiety and all the new problems he's accumulated, he always felt happy writing. After strumming his guitar for a while, Noah finally had an idea of what to do for the end of year concert that would appease the headmaster, his music teachers and his fellow peers.
One of his favourite songs he had written has to be 'Head Over Heels for You.' The happiness he felt when writing it , from the lyrics to the harmony, made him feel normal, safe and ordinary.

🎵Oh, I am head over heels for you~~~🎵 🎵Nothing you say or do, can keep me from falling in love with you-🎵
"Wow wasn't that amazing."
Class was still in session and no one should be out. Noah looks to the entrance of the music room, eyes bulging. Standing there was Raven Pierce.
