Mama V told Jasmine what she heard when she was cleaning Trent's office. Jasmine looked at the other three with shame and guilt.
"It's alright to see the good in people, but you need to be careful. Not all bad people wear inmates' uniforms. Those who look kind on the outside can probably have the most devious heart on the inside," said Mama V, while stroking Jasmine's head tenderly.
She offered a kind, doting smile towards Jasmine, "I like you Jade. You're a good girl with a pure heart." Mama V glanced at Felix, "Thank you for pushing me to face Felix today. I'm glad he has someone like you by his side. I hope you'll get out of this prison soon," said Mama V.
Jasmine stole a glance at Felix before looking shyly at Mama V. A realisation just struck her. This lady in front of her was her boyfriend's mother!
Felix stood next to Jasmine and put his arm around Jasmine's body, making the latter jolted in surprise.
