Jasmine didn't have any important matters to talk about with Felix. Olivia just said it as an excuse to let the couple have lunch together.
Other than that, Olivia really meant it when she said she missed having Giana around and wanted to have a meal with her.
When Giana was accused of poisoning Jasmine with a motive that she was jealous of Olivia's treatments towards Jasmine, Olivia had a realisation that she was at fault too.
She was indeed treated Jasmine better than the others, but it didn't mean that she didn't appreciate her minions. Although most of them stick to her because they needed her shield, they still did many things to make her life in the prison easier, especially Giana.
