When Elizabeth, Isobel, and Celeste got back to the residence, they went straight to Elizabeth's bedroom.
Elizabeth, full of frustration, locked the door behind her.
She then turned to Celeste and Isobel who were already sitting on the bed.
Looking around, she saw that her room was quite dark and the only source of light was a few rays of bloody moonlight coming through the curtained windows and falling on the white carpet laid on the floor and the large bed with red sheets.
The windows were opposite the bed above which hung the portrait, and the corners of Elizabeth's bedroom were completely dark.
"So what's the plan?" Isobel asked, tucking her white hair behind her left ear.
"We need to have a plan."
Her beautiful red eyes glowed in the darkness that filled this room as she remembered how Vicki had come home after her encounter with the werewolves when she was only eight years old.
Vicki was so broken mentally and physically that Isobel thought she would stay that way forever.
'I'm glad she met Christopher. She is finally happy.'
All the girls in the room wondered what they could do, but no one knew the right answer to Isobel's question.
Isobel crossed her leg sensually, letting her thin, purple dress show off her gorgeous thighs.
"Haaah, but if we do something, the peace agreement between vampires and werewolves would be broken. And I don't want to start another war." Celeste said, nervously clutching the skirt of her black dress.
Her black hair fell from her shoulders, she looked down at the white carpet and continued in a sad tone.
"In the last war, I lost my sister and Claudia her parents. I can't take another person from her. I'm afraid that if another war breaks out, we might lose Christopher or maybe our daughters too."
Isobel and Elizabeth stared at the ground with lifeless eyes.
They are also afraid of it, but they cannot just throw their revenge in the trash.
Well, vampires, especially women, are quite stubborn and once they've decided on something, few can talk them out of it.
"Haah, this is complicated!" Elizabeth said while placing her hand on her forehead.
"We don't even know what they look like. How do we find them?" Celeste adds another question.
Isobel started to ruffle her hair in frustration.
"Haaaah! We have only questions and almost no answers! Every werewolf we captured said the same thing. There was a shitty village in the middle of some shitty forest, and there were the morons we were looking for! That's it, we have nothing! FUUUUUUCK!"
Elizabeth understood that they had no clue and therefore, quite angry, quickly turned around and smashed the wall behind her with her right fist.
"Haaah, Isobel is right, we have nothing. It's like someone wiped their memories out" Elizabeth added and when she pulled out her fist there was a spider web-shaped crater on the wall.
Just then the door opened and a small young girl appeared in the doorway.
She looked ten years old and was wearing a red gothic dress with the same color as her blood-red hair, which was almost the same as Elizabeth's and Rose's.
"Hey Mom, have you seen Christopher?" she asked, a childish frustration in her voice.
Elizabeth looked surprised and asked, "No, why are you looking for him dear?"
The girl smiled and started swaying her body from side to side, replying in a happy tone.
"Finally I have a friend Mom and we are playing hide and seek. If I find him now, I win!"
Elizabeth opened her eyes wide with a happy smile and bent down to the girl.
"Ohhh I'm glad you have a friend honey but no I didn't see him. You can try your sister's room. I think he will be there."
The girl shook her head and smiled, "No, I've been there before. Rose sleeps with Vicki and Claudia, but Christopher is not there. He must be somewhere else."
"Ivy, try the living room. Maybe he's there," suggested Isobel with a nice smile.
Ivy's eyes lit up and she nodded, "Oh I didn't look there, thanks, Aunt Isobel."
Isobel smiled and winked at Ivy, "No problem, we have to help each other when it comes to men."
Celeste began to laugh softly while Elizabeth rolled her eyes, "Okay Ivy, look in the living room and then come back here okay?"
"Mmm," Ivy nodded showing a creepy smile as she looked towards the living room, "I'm coming for you, Christopher!"
Elizabeth smiled widely and closed the door.
Looking back at the girls, their expressions showed pure shock.
"What?" Elizabeth asked with a raised eyebrow.
Celeste and Isobel sighed in disbelief as they added, "Like mother, like daughter I guess."
Elizabeth ignored it, sighed, threw herself on the bed, and asked, "So what are we going to do girls?" while her face was buried in the red pillows.
But this time someone knew the answer.
"My dear mother-in-law, how about we talk?"
The Countesses heard a man's voice, followed by a crackling sound from one of the dark corners of the room.
The Countesses looked quickly in the corner to the right of the windows but saw nothing.
Another second, pure shock was seen on their faces again as three pairs of purple eyes appeared in all the dark corners.
In the blink of an eye, one of the corners lit up in Lilith's flames to reveal Christopher sitting on a black throne made of pure darkness, while his two snakehead tentacles rested their heads on the arms of his throne.
Christopher looked straight into his in-laws' eyes and patted his tentacles' heads.
The back of the dark throne he was sitting on was burning in black and white flames.
"H-how?" Isobel asked in surprise as she touched her forehead in disbelief.
Christopher smiled widely and his face began to melt into the shadows.
Then his body and throne disappeared and he appeared in another corner, now on the left side of the windows.
Isobel understood, 'He was in his shadow form the whole time and shadows aren't living things so that's why we didn't know he was here...'
"Interesting" Elizabeth got up from the bed and leaned against the door.
She was surprised too, but she didn't show it on her face.
"But, I didn't come to show you this, I want to talk. We haven't had much time to introduce ourselves these past few days," said Christopher.
He then turned his face towards the girls, snapped his fingers, and a black ice circle formed in the center of the white carpet.
When it was done, the circle caught fire, almost touching the ceiling, but the interesting thing was that the carpet didn't burn.
["Good control Christopher but don't overdo it. The Venom is still present in your heart"] Ardelean was proud because controlling two opposing forces at the same time was truly exhausting but still worried about his disciple.
Christopher now controlled the power of ice and fire at the same time, and it was quite difficult not to lose control.
The ice was the black circle on the carpet.
After the Countesses left for the castle, Christopher realized something after the blood drinks he had with his wives.
Since he didn't drink the blood of his wives for a year, his desire for blood was stronger, which immediately sent them to sleep from exhaustion.
After that, the eye confrontation between him and the king happened, and after that, he met Ivy.
He immediately began to play hide and seek with her, giving him time to look around the mansion.
He walked through the corridors and found a large portrait hanging on one of the walls.
The portrait depicted a man with a black ice cube levitating above his right hand.
And then it came, 'Ardelean? What would happen if I mixed the power of darkness with the power of ice?' to which his Master replied ["It will increase the power."]
'Hmmm,' Christopher began to think before creating a small cube of pure ice.
Levitating it in the air, he began to release his dark essence and navigated it towards the ice.
At first, the ice rejected the darkness, but on the seventh attempt, the ice finally accepted and absorbed it.
To Christopher's shock, the ice was more controllable.
From the normal ice, he could only shape small things, but from dark ice, he could even create a weapon or perform some attacks.
''Hmmm, the darkness helps me control the ice better'' Christopher was quite surprised when he imagined the power he had just discovered.
Another good thing was that dark ice was stronger than pure ice and could do more damage.
The bad thing, the darkness made the ice less durable.
["Congratulations, you have found a different kind of power."] Ardelean started clapping in Christopher's mind as Christopher thought about how he could use his discovery.
Time slowed down around him, and after a short training session that lasted almost an hour, but for anyone outside the time-stop just a few seconds, Christopher discovered that if he ignited the dark ice with Lilith's flames, the darkness within the ice would feed the fire.
That fire can literally burn forever because the darkness was regenerating itself and the Ice was just holding the darkness from leaking.
["This is interesting. Looking at someone's portrait, you have found a flame that can burn forever. You really defy common sense host."] Ardelean was shocked by Christopher's discoveries.
"Hmm, let's see if I can find anything more in this hallway," Christopher spoke and began walking down the red carpet, looking from one portrait to the next.
