The room turned quiet with none of them saying anything. Lydia had her eyes close as she feigned sleep, this was the only way to escape from Nelson's clutches. For she knew he would go down to touching her if she didn't feign sleep.
Nelson looked down at her and turned speechless seeing she was asleep. She must have been drained after she cried.
