"Why did you do this? Arne, you will die!-" Erland yelled.
"Even if I die, I am doing this for my own satisfaction. Isn't this what love is for? Just accept this fate, Erland. You have more things you can protect in your life."
"How?...How did you trick me into this? What did you do?"
Arne chuckled. "So you have guessed that you are already a candidate. Remember the letter you wrote to me last time? It included all the runes. The letters get checked with other ten letters of the candidate in order to confirm that it is indeed the candidate writing the letter. So I didn't take the risk of just looking at your handwriting and writing it."
"Then how did you do it?"
Arne finally closed the book and looked at Erland. "It was very easy. I just cut the runes separately and then put them under a paper. Then I wrote it like how you would. Was it so hard to guess?"
