The Students Of Class Deviants and Honours found themselves back in Class Deviants. The Academy Director's projection was also amongst them.
"The Students have commenced the counteroffensive Ryu. What do you intend to do now?" the Academy's Director asked.
As the Students watched the Protocol Excalibur's gauge gradually change colour to indicate the degree of influence the 'Darkness Of The Worlds' had in their respective homeworlds, the Academy's Director continued his conversation with Ryu.
"I intend to activate the Academy's Final Forte Protocol" Ryu said.
"You can't really mean…?!" the Academy's Director exclaimed in shock.
"Yes, to aid the Students in their various homeworlds, I intend to release the power of the Sacred Hall" Ryu said.
"What are you talking about? What's this Sacred Hall?" Reis asked.
"It's probably the reason the Sanctum Of Decadent Wyverns infiltrated the Academy in the first place. If the Academy is the heart of the Seven Great Realms, the Sacred Hall is the heart of the Academy. The Sacred Power flowing from the Sacred Hall is what sustains the Seven Great Realms. The Sacred Hall is also the dwelling place of Ryuujinn, the Dragon Saint Of All Creation" Ryu explained.
Ryu raised his crystal key.
"The power flowing from the Sacred Hall will be enough to eclipse the evil influence of the 'Darkness Of The Worlds' in the Seven Great Realms. Releasing its power will shut all the infiltration points" the Academy's Director said.
On Ryu's crystal key was a protocol named 'The Academy's Final Forte'.
"The Academy's Final Forte is the Key to the Sacred Hall however the Sacred Hall is sealed by a Great Gate; the Thirteenth Gate" Ryu said.
"The Thirteenth Gate?! I thought there were only Twelve Gates!" Josec exclaimed in shock.
"Yes, Twelve Gates link the Academy to the Seven Great Realms; however the Thirteenth Gate links the Twelve Gates to the Sacred Hall Of Ryuujinn allowing the power from the Sacred Hall into the Seven Great Realms. This Gate can only be opened by completing a series of puzzles related to the Seven Great Realms and the Twelve Gates. I'm off. When the bar turns green on your crystal key, expel the darkness of your homeworld from the Ark" Ryu said and disappeared.
In the next instant, he appeared before a tremendous sealed Gate.
"This is the deepest level of the Academy" Ryu thought.
On the tremendous Gate were numerous symbols, the symbols of Spirals and Double-helixes, Twin Dragons sharing a single body and countless similar symbols. Flowing outwards from the Gate were huge channels containing multiple elements. The Gate itself shone like the Rainbow.
Ryu raised his crystal key and tapped the Protocol 'The Academy's Final Forte'. A stream of Rainbow coloured light linked his crystal key to the Gate. Words appeared in Ryu's crystal key, unfamiliar words, but Ryu understood the language. The words seemed to ask a question. Below the words was an empty slot for an answer.
"The Ocean's Robe" was what the words said.
"Three Families" Ryu answered.
"Their Names" new words appeared as if in response to Ryu's answer.
"Sol, Luna and Stella" Ryu replied.
There was a sound as though a lock had unbolted from behind the Gate and the symbols of the Sun, the Moon and the Stars appeared on the Gate.
"The Horizon" new words appeared.
"Human and Divine" Ryu replied.
"Match the Seven Representatives Of Heaven to the Seven Representatives Of Earth" words appeared on the Gate and fourteen names appeared, Seven of them under the title 'Representatives Of Heaven' and the other seven under the title of 'Representatives Of Earth'.
The names were projected unto the Gate.
"Ryu/Molten, Michael/Hurricane, Atlanta/Crystal, Nadia/Torpedo, Rokkan/Terranica, Ken/Tornado, Tanya/Melody" Ryu matched the names of the Representatives to their respective partners.
A sound from behind the Gate as though another lock had unbolted was heard.
"Seven Realms" a new question appeared.
"Seven Canons" Ryu replied.
"Seven Elements" new words appeared.
"Seven Virtues" Ryu replied.
"Seven Stones" new words appeared.
"Fortitude, Freedom, Hope, Forgiveness, Kindness, Goodness and Truth" Ryu filled the slots.
Another lock unbolted.
As Ryu solved the puzzles of the Thirteenth Gate to unleash the Academy's Final Protocol and release the power of the Sacred Hall, Reis noticed that the red gauge under 'Protocol Excalibur' in his crystal key had turned green.
