"When only hope Is not Enough!"
As the legion of chaos came closer, they prepared to battle. Darien was constantly telling them not to fear as the more the fear the less the hope, The three gates which connect the two walls opened because if the defence on wall one fell, they could easily retreat to wall two A soldier came and said "Sire, all the people have been evacuated, what should we do now?."
Darien said, "Good now take Twenty men and gather every stone to throw, now go go!" The soldier replied "Your wish is my command!" as he was about to leave Darien asked "What's your name?" the soldier shouted while running "Finard, Sir!" and he was off, Nas approached and said, "Isn't it odd, they have only 175,000 while we have 95,000 defenders, what are they thinking, they will never pass us!" Darien looked at him and said "If they knew us, 100,000 would be enough to annihilate us!" as soon as Darien finished a soldier came and said, "Sire they are in range, should we shout them now, Orders!"
Darien angrily looked at him and said "So what are you waiting for? Fire!' The soldier shouted " Fire, Fire, Fire!!" and the Catapults shot, many of the Wegrros died disturbing their rank, and another volley successfully destroyed two of the enemy catapults, The soldiers cheered and laughed hard, and another volley destroyed two of their rams, and As they came closer Darien commanded them to take out their bows and he said, "Shoot don't stop until I say!"
The soldiers rained the arrow down, Darien saw a ladder approaching, "Ladders shoot the ladder carriers!" they shot many ladder carriers died but they eventually placed their ladder on the wall and began to send their toughest soldiers who were heavily armoured, but they were no match for the arrows as they keep getting shoot down, Darien said, "Enemy catapults are aiming hide, I don't want any casualties, for now, don't you dare die!" The catapults shot and many hit the top of the wall easily and many men fell and died. The siege towers were near the wall and Darien shouted to Finard "Finard, The siege towers topple them, they should not scale are wall!!" The catapults continually fired and two at more siege towers were destroyed but they reached the wall, Darien shouted "Swords, Swords" The soldier took out their swords and soon the gates of the siege tower opened the swarm of Wegrros charged right through and the soldiers tried there best to defend, Darien was cutting throw them like it was child's play, but in the wall, a ram reached the gate successfully and start to batter it down, Darien shouted, "Fight, don't let them settle on the wall and Nas go down take some soldiers with you!" Nas ran down and took about two hundred soldiers with him.
The gates fell and many many Wegrros swarmed and the deadly battle for the gate began, Nas heard Gastat shouting "That's for Shizaf, Woermann and Lee and every fallen brave, come at me come on come on!" but it wasn't long when they heard Gorg shouting,
"Bu nakh ékh ish!!" and the Wegrros began to retreat, Darien shouted to Finard "Aim The leader, the leader!!" Darien ran down to grab two horses and took Gastat and Nas, as they chased Gorg one shoot successfully hit Gorg on his chest and he fills down, they reached him and suddenly he woke up grabbing Nas but Darien threw his dagger at his hand and he left Nas, Nas turned and mid-Air slit Gorgs throat and many of his blood entered Nas's mouth, He fell to the ground and coughed, Gastat said: "You are a monster man!!" Nas said "Yeah you...!" and fell unconscious and no more did he know what happened.
