"Lilith!"
All his life, Andreas did not think he could remember ever feeling the emotion, fear.
He was brave, string resilient and very powerful indeed so something scaring him seemed very impossible and it actually was until right now.
He had managed to make his way out of the irritating but demeaning presence of his father and his high lords and ladies. He honestly thought that the fact he survived there for the little time he did was surely a miracle that he does not know how to be thankful for.
If he was being honest, not only the bonds kept him there because the thoughts of actually take his own life crossed his mind because he could do it even with bonds on, it only took him darkening and quenching his core and all he could do with just his mind and he could have actually gone through all that if it meant that he was going to be free from the presence of his father and his fellow mad throne room members but the only thing that kept him restrained was the thought of Lilith.
He had warned her not to go with his father when they were back at Triven. He knew his father was upto no good for one and not just that, her actions could put her life in serious danger and he was not ready to face her loss or serious hurt. He cared for her too much to allow her go through such. But Lilith did not listen. She went ahead to put her life on the edge just so the same people that were trying to kill her could live. 'Why did she care about them anyways?!
Left for him (Andreas) he would have preferred his father burnt down Triven to him bringing Lilith here and making her light the core.
But it was too late to talk about possible options or what ifs right now, he had to find Lilith and get her to safety as soon as possible.
Beads of perspiration formed of Andreas' forehead as he looked around the crystaline cave, in search of Lilith.
She had all he had in mind through the time with his father and other members of the throne room. He was worried that she might be in some kind of danger and he really hoped she was not hurt or maybe drain out with the whole illumination process.
Andreas was not in anyway familiar with illuminating a world's core but he was sure it was not a safe process at all and there was high possibility that Lilith could be in serious danger. The thought of loosing her alone pissed him off but that was not what angered him the most he was most annoyed about the fact that neither did his father nor the members of the throne showed any atom concern for Lilith. She was reason they were throwing a party in the first at least some appreciation would do. But no, they all say there, raining praises on his proud father, laughing their gut out…the thought of it alone disgusted him even more, but he had to leave that for later, his priority now was finding Lilith.
The light from the core was really blinding that he had to squint his eyes to improve his sight although it did not take him that much time to find Lilith.
"Lilith!" He crouched immediately to scoop her into his arms. He hugged her tightly and noticed she literally had no life left in her. 'Now he was beginning to really scared.
"Lilith?!" He shook her lightly and still could not feel her heartbeat.
"No no" tears streamed down his face uncontrollably, "Lilith please!". He kept shaking her and stroking her hair lightly, hoping she would open her eyes soon or atleast show some signs of life.
At the moment he saw that she was truly dead, he knew he was down to one option, giving her the breath of life and he did not hesitate at all before making that decision.
It was the same as he gave to Lyra years back, which gave her a second shot at living. The breath of life was a peculiar ability to only royal blood of Gorgor. That is to say that for now, just Andreas and his father possessed such ability and it will be just them till another life joins the royal line.
"Don't worry Lilith" he breathed, I will save you. Immediately he teleported both of them to his room and slowly laid her carefully on the bed. He adjusted her head well on the pillow and leaned in to press a sweet kiss on her forehead. "I am so sorry for all you had to go through" he whispered to her ear and then went for mouth to breathe into them.
He opened them slightly and inhale deeply before finally exhaling into her mouth. His eyes glowed and so did his hair, it did everytime he did something extra ordinary with his abilities.
It took just one breath and finally he could feel her heart beat once again. "Lilith" he gasped as he gave her another kiss on her forehead before finally pulling away from her. He did so because he felt he was actually doing too much. He has never done anything sexual with Lilith and he sure was not planning on taking advantage of her unconscious state.
"Whew" he wiped the sweat of his forehead because suddenly the whole room was getting hot even though he could evidently feel the cold air that creased his skin gently after dancing their way through his open windows and doors.
He thought about having a bath but first decided to tuck Lilith in properly. She was living again but she still needed adequate and he was going to make sure she got it.
After that, he made his way to his bathroom. He was a prince and of course his bath had already been prepared earlier on.
He stripped and got into the tub, burying his head into the water in a bid to bury the thoughts that ran in it as well and just then, a very important thought came to his mind,
