Wilfrid saw me standing without clothes on, he took out the shirt from the spacial ring and give it to me. I caught the shirt and wear it.
Irene looked at my chest and said, "Looks like your wound is closed."
I nodded, " Where are you guys?"
Wilfrid smiled, " We find the portal, I guess our trip to the dungeon is over. Let's go."
Kyla already finished packing and I don't have much stuff except my sword which is now broken. ' I need a new sword. '
Wilfrid and the five of us started to depart. Wilfrid guided us to the portal. During the walk, my mind was filled with thoughts. ' What should I do next? I still need to attend that festival. I need a sword. I have a lot to improve but compare to the awakener at my age, I am strong. '
My goal is to kill the demon king so I need to join Union. Right now they are the only organization I know fighting against demons. The government is just focused on civil rights. So it does not suit me. Oh. Well. When I get out here, I will find more information on demon hunting.
Sinking into my thoughts, I sense the sudden change in the surrounding. I feel fraction. Similar to a portal where we come from. The grey mirror like a portal appears in our vision.
Seeing the portal, Kyla jumped. " Finally, I am going to see my family."
Hearing her murmur, I noticed all five are happy. Their eyes were shining, filled with sparks. Even the tough guy like Reynard was smiling. ' I guess everyone missed their family. '
' Of course. We have been spending almost a month in the dungeon. ' I don't feel anything special about leaving this dungeon but looking around I feel a little bit of joy.
Wilfrid stopped at the entrance and looked at us. " When we leave this dungeon, the status will reward us. That reward will help us grow. And they are our trump card so don't tell anything about them even your family and closest friend. We all live in a world where the strongest rule."
After that Wilfrid enter the portal. Next are Selena, Kyla, Reynard and Irene.
I was the last to enter, taking a long breath I enter the grey mirror. I was floating in the water. No, I feel like floating in the water. I saw countless sparks shining around me. There are no lights just sparks.

The light shone around this darkness. Without knowing what to do, I was standing on the road. My face was stone cold, I don't feel anything at higher being looking at me for entertainment.

" Lucian."
Selena's voice enters my ear. I looked around to find her standing beside the car. I walked toward her.
" Where is everybody?"
She shakes her head, " They all went home already. Why did you come late? I have been waiting for two hours here."
" Sorry, I was attacked by the one-eyed monsters before entering the portal. There are a lot of them and they can fly so, it takes a lot to kill those monsters."
Selena looked at me and nodded. " Come on. Get in the car. I will drop you at the school."
I smiled at her and enter the car.
Inside the car, I was looking through the window bored look.
" Hey."
I turned around and nodded. Selena looked nervous and after a long silence she opened her mouth, " Are you thinking about joining the team?"
' Ah. I forgot. The only reason I entered the dungeon was to decide whether I am going to join the team or not. '
After a few weeks of straying with this tiny group, I admitted I have formed some attachment.
I asked, " I need to know what is the purpose of this team."
Selena glanced out the window, " I am forming this team because we don't have the means to survive in the war."
" From what I saw your team is quite capable."
She shakes her head, " That is because we have trained to fight against monsters at a young age. We don't have any experience fighting demons. I saw the genius older than us die. I experience my brother dying in the war. We don't want to die."
" Why me?"
" Because you are abnormalities. Rank abnormalities. Union values you guys. You are going to become strong. So much so that you will become Rank S."
" So this team's purpose is survival."
She smiles, " Yeah."
" I see."
" Selena, I don't think this team will fit with me. Sorry, I am not going to join."
Her eyes narrowed, " May I know the reason?"
I nodded, " I am going to kill the demon king. This is my goal, I don't care how many people suffer on my path, I will kill the demon king. So your team's motive doesn't suit me. I am aiming at the top while you guys are finding a place to survive."
After a while, she sighed. " I understand. Well, I guess I will try plan" B"."
With curiosity, I asked, " What is plan" B"?
She looked at her arm and rubbed. Trying to hold her nervous body.

" Yeah, we don't have a choice. "
" When are you going to ask him?"

She thought for a moment and nodded. Soon the car stopped at the entrance. I opened the door and went to the dorm after saying goodbye to Selena.
Inside my room was a plain bed and desk, it seems like yesterday ago. I quickly went to shower and clean myself. It was a nice experience.
With a tower, I lay down on my bed. King remained mysterious in my mind. Irene and Selena's words about him are strong, arrogant and prideful.
Even Ryfin does not have these kinds of traits. Interesting. I don't think he is just a wealthy person since Selena decided to ask for help.
I need a sword. I don't know what type of sword will fit me. Oh! I will ask Elsa. She is my teacher so I bet she will help me. For the money, I think the union will pay for me.
The bed's softness makes me sleep. I have been sleeping on solid rock. This warm room and fluffy bed, I don't even know how much I miss. Slowly my eyelids get heavier, my breath was getting stable and I fell asleep.
