"You're going somewhere again, little sister?"
Aurnia halted right away when she heard her sister's annoying voice. She pivoted around and gave her a 'mind your own business' kind of look.
Thalassa leaned against the post near the main gate. "Haven't you learned anything about what had just happened to you? Or did you enjoy the attention everyone was giving you on those days?" A hint of sarcasm was obvious in her tone.
Aurnia ascended back to the stairs and glared at her. "How low can you get, Thalassa? Did you think I enjoyed being kidnapped? Being hit in the face by a man? I even nearly died on that night, and your issue was because I took the spotlight from you? You must be sick in the head, step-sister." The princess angrily snarled at her insensitive step-sister and climbed down the stairs.
She balled her fists when she noticed her footsteps behind her. "Stop following me, okay?"
