"Don't worry, Mr Sanders. She will be alright in no time. She must be stressed, and the lack of sleep has taken a toll on her body. She needs good rest and to follow the medication I have given.
If there is anything else, then please inform me. Okay?" The doctor said.
I glanced at Elena's sleeping form on the hospital bed from where she had run straight to my office without informing anyone.
"Thank you doctor!" I said.
We shook our hands before the man went to the next patient.
I turned to walk back to Elena's bed, where Joanna sat with worry itched on her baby-like face.
"Miss York?"
She was startled by my voice and instantly jumped to her feet. "Y-Yes, Mr Sanders?"
"Do you need any help in taking her home?"
After Elena passed out, I rushed her to the hospital where Joanna was already yelling at the doctors and nurses in panic. None of them knew how Elena slipped from the hospital when she was on the saline drip.
