Satisfied with his work, the burly man left Elena Bell's home and hopped on the motorbike he had parked a block away. The wore helmet to hide his face, and the people on the streets thought he must be someone from the neighbouring towns or the new worker at Sanders Fertilizers and Petrochemicals.
Nobody seemed suspicious about him. Nobody could think that this very man had just attempted on the life of the most famous personality in their town.
Whistling in peace, he rode his bike out of the town while enjoying the untouched natural beauty around. This place was beautiful and happening, he admitted.
His bike stopped at the roadside. He pulled out his phone and dialled a number before placing it against his ear. While the call went through, he admired the beautiful river flowing to his left.
On the fourth ring, the person on the other end picked up his call.
"I told you to leave me a text and not call me!"
His lips pursed, hearing the hiss from the other end.
