As the sun began to rise. The sounds of birds chirping in the distance began. The sounds of beasts running began to go.
In the camping area, Rex was already up. Beside him, War God stayed the night. She wanted him to have a good night rest even at the cost of her own.
"Good morning, War God." Rex spoke first.
"Good morning, Master." War God replied.
"How is the campsite?" Rex asked.
"Clean. No animals dared to even get close during the night."
"Well, look at you. I am glad that you are our side even with the troubles we had."
War God was happy to hear the praise.
Meanwhile
"Good morning, Master." The sister spoke.
"Good morning." The grandchild replied.
"What about me?" The mother pouted.
A small chuckle escaped from the other two before the grandchild kissed his mother on the forehead.
"Good morning, my wife." The grandchild spoke.
"Good morning, husband." The mother spoke.
As the trio sat in the tent. A sense of family filled the tent but the cost was great.
"This is the start of a new family. Our past traditions may or may not stay. As for what the future holds, I want to ask Rex. It sounds silly that I am not man enough to know but I need help.
I want to go far in the Realms. I want to be a great symbol not only for the Realms but for my children, grandchildren, and many generations to come. My dream is to a have a family that not only loves me and I love my family back but to have a family that values what I had to fight for and show it for many generations in the future." The grandchild spoke.
The two women listened without any worry. They knew that these words being spoken we his truthful values and traditions that he wanted set.
"Do we need to keep our family like what our forefathers did?" The sister asked.
"No. I do not want corruption like that in my family. I know it will happen but I do not wish for it to become a corruption that will tear the family apart." The son spoke.
"Not to fear," the mother smiled, "as long as you reach the pinnacle of what you can. No one will doubt your capabilities."
The trio hugged. Their values would make sure that nothing tears down their family.
They walked out and tore down their tent. They placed stones around the former foundations of the houses. By the time they were done, breakfast was ready and no one rushed to eat.
"When everyone is ready, we will depart." Rex spoke to the entire group.
Everyone nodded and began to head out shortly after putting out all the fires.
Their beginning of the journey started. No one wanted to become like the fallen Saint. Their worries about life become their thoughts on the journey.
After an hour of travel
"May I talk to you about my future?" The grandchild asked Rex.
"Of course." Rex replied.
"I was curious as to how far up in the Realms I should go."
"How far? Always remember go for the top. Never undermine yourself, once you think you cannot. You will not. That forces your personality to change as well."
The grandchild nodded.
"For as far as you can go, reach the Fifth Heavenly Realm and try to advance to the Godly Realm. It will probably be an impossible task that you will undoubtedly face head-on. Remember, unless you give up you can always make the impossible possible." Rex gave him the words that would change his mentality and personality during his trip through his journey.
After two hours of going to their next destination
"A pair of sisters are ahead." The Demon King of Will told Rex through his thoughts on the Shadow People in the Heavenly Realm.
"They are the sisters that join him correct?" Rex asked.
"Correct."
Rex walked up to the front. His presence changed the aura of group. As if something terrifyingly bad was on their approach.
The two sisters came into view.
As they looked around, their sights on the mother and sister became their targets to meet up with.
"May we join this group to where you may be going? We are just wandering around with no direction." They spoke.
This was them telling how their families treated them badly and wanted nothing more than a good life elsewhere.
"Of course, join that group of three." Rex pointed to the new family.
"Thanks." They replied.
Rex continued to lead. His instincts screamed of something powerful close by. He could not fully pin point the exact location.
"Halt." He spoke through the group.
Everyone halted. The Ancient Zuggurant, the spider, and the Demon King of Will all advanced to his spot.
"Something big is close by." He spoke.
Although, the Demon King of Will knew that the other two could not sense anything. He did not dare to speak it out loud.
"Stay here until nightfall Rex. The beast will strike then." The Demon King of Will told Rex.
"I cannot sense anything." The spider spoke trying to feel any vibrations from the ground or sky.
"I do not feel any Qi in or on the ground. I do feel that something is there as well. That is just my gut instinct." The Ancient Zuggurant trusted his gut feeling.
"Spread out and set up tents. Whatever is ahead will more than likely strike closer to nightfall. Prepare yourselves for battle by then." Rex commanded.
The sisters were afraid to stay and battle something so dangerous. Thr grandchild knew better than to leave women feeling like that.
"I know that you two do not wish to battle. I do not wish that you two are forced after just meeting us. My wife and maid also are not fighters. So I will join the fight that way we are protected and not forced to leave."
The women there decided that they would become better fighters as to not always allow him to carry that burden.
