Rex opened the door to Lilith's room. When he did, bloodlust was felt. Rex went over and tried to comfort her. She was filled with too much bloodlust. Rex took off the robe, trying to figure out what happened.
The moment the robe came off. Lilith picked it up. She began to speak in Demon Language. Becoming a Demon King gave Rex the language, but not every word was used in pure Demon Language.
This is what he heard, "If you ------- do something like this ------- I will make sure to wipe out everything you ------- Do you understand?"
When Rex asked about the parts. Lilith had spoken in. She replied with, "Heavenly Demon Language."
Rex went to see if his system could help him with that.
"Heavenly Demon Language"
"This language is given to any Demon when they enter the Heavenly Realm. Since you are a human who became a demon. You may or may not get the language. Even if Lilith taught you, you will forget everything the following day."
Reading that Rex felt hopeless. He wanted to be able to speak to her. Since that was the case. He decided to give her the knowledge up front.
"I do not think I will be able to learn it. If I do, I will gladly speak to you in that language."
Lilith was happy. Her husband was willing to speak in a language that most demons never get to. Even if he could not, she was happy to know that he was up front with her.
Rex saw a notification come.
"Heavenly System Upgrade"
This made Rex happy.
"When you enter the First Heavenly Realm. The system will automatically upgrade to the Heavenly Realm System. Inside, you will receive an award for arriving in the Heavenly Realm."
Rex was happy to receive any reward. He really wanted it to be the Heavenly Demon Language.
The robe and slippers that Rex wore back to Lilith's room got thrown out unto the ground. They instantly moved to the shadows.
Once everything was packed and ready. The duo started off. In order to officially leave, they would have to go through the arena.
For some people, this was a walk of shame. Where the greatest strength is trampled over constantly. For others, this walk was a blessing. To showcase their wealth or the retirement of the arena.
For Lilith and Rex, this was a walk to go back to where they were. Since fighting was always held, people noticed the difference in the air once the duo entered the arena.
"FIFTH SEAT HOLDER LILITH AND HER HUSBAND!" Several people shouted.
The entire crowd went wild. This made even the unknown fighters stop and bow. They were not ready to die yet.
Once the duo got closer, they saw the shadows move. The Mistress of the Shadows came through.
"Welcome, dear friends." The Mistress bowed.
The duo bowed to her as well. They had already anticipated her arrival. They were not going to be disrespectful towards her or her clan.
"May I know how many clashes you were going to do with Goddess Mera?" She asked.
Rex decided to let her know. He held up his hand, and the number five was shown to her.
"May I have the chance to clash five times with you?" She asked.
The audience got their blood pumped by the Mistress. Since Rex and Lilith were not required to fight. Their hopes were not going high at all.
"Since I have fought against Mera several times. I guess I will give you three clashes." Rex answered.
Hearing that there were going to be three clashes. The crowd roared with fury. Their hopes and blood pumping were enough to have the entire Fifth Heavenly Realm just suddenly die.
Lilith let her husband do that. They had already discussed and decided that three clashes would be enough for now.
Rex pulled out his sword at first. He put it back in. He pulled out Mythical Axe Soul.
"This is all I need." Rex answered.
The pressure from the axe was enough to send shivers down everyone's spine. It was stronger than a Wondrous Weapon.
The Mistress pulled out a katana. This was a weapon passed down generations.
"This is my Mistress of the Shadow's heirloom. Blade is its name." The Mistress shouted.
The Gods were very interested in these three clashes. They wanted to know which weapon was stronger.
For the demons, the axe would be able to cleave through multitudes of demons. This axe was a sign of destruction.
For cultivators, the katana was used to reap evil doers. When a katana is staked in the ground, people know the Shadows were real and watching.
Lilith went close to the entrance and exit. Whereas Rex and the Mistress both went towards the middle. The current fighters bowed to each other and to the audience and left.
There are some cases when some fights like this have multiple fights going on. Just like with the UnHeavenly Beast. There is only one match that will go on.
When the two were ready. The Mistress bowed to Rex. Rex looked to Lilith for advice.
She nodded to do so. Rex also bowed his head slightly. The crowd roared greatly. The duo locked eyes. The Mistress feels like she is fighting against her Master when looking into Rex's eyes.
Rex felt that she was slightly more advanced in her assassination techniques. He would still fight using everything he had.
The crowd was wildly entertained. No one ever expected the Mistress to be that beautiful nor that she wanted to fight Rex.
The Mistress pulled her katana into a stance, and shadows seemed to dance around her.
Rex stood like a statue, and like an eagle, his gaze was her every muscle.
When the Mistress darted, Rex noticed the muscle movement. He blocked the clash heavily.
The shadows disappeared for a second before returning. Rex's clash had already dislocated the Mistress's knuckles.
When she looked at her fingers, she saw them dislocated. She put the hilt of her katana into her mouth. She instantly popped her knuckles back into place. The crowd roared.
"Clash One," Rex pointed.
The Mistress released her katana. When back into her hands. A dark figure was around the Mistress. Rex was not in a mood to care if she had help or not. Lilith was fuming with anger because of the Shadow.
"Two more clashes," the Mistress yelled.
The crowd began stomping their feet in rhythm. Rex thought the sound was like war drums playing.
The look in his eyes changed instantly. From an old master trying to teach his student to a threat that needs to be eliminated. The Mistress noticed this change.
She knew that this clash would no longer be simple.
"Dress," the Mistress shouted.
The shadows covered the Mistress, and a ninja like outfit covered the Mistress.
She let all of her Heavenly Qi flow into the blade. Shadows covered her and the blade. Looking at her now, there was no difference, and no one could see where the attack would come from.
Rex stomped as hard as he could. The entire arena started to fall apart. The shadows gave away for an instant. Rex saw that no matter what he did, the katana was hitting him.
He darted off. Instantly, he hit the side of the Mistress with the side of the axe. She hit the side of the arena.
The crowd waited in anticipation. The next few seconds felt like eternities went by. The Mistress came out.
She had gotten hit hard in her ribs.
"Clash Two," She pointed.
The crowd started to stomp again. She was not going to let Rex hit her again. She knew she had three broken ribs, and the other four were bruised on the side that the axe hit. On the other side, every rib was bruised.
She swung the shadow covered katana. A slice of the shadows was heading towards Rex. Lilith knew what this attack was. She was not happy that it was.
A humming sound resonated with the axe. Fire came from it, and the two clashed. Fire spread faster than what the shadows could. Sensing the fire was preventing the shadows from getting close. The Mistress covered herself with the shadows to prevent her from being seen naked.
Once the clash was done. Lilith had already guessed that the Mistress was naked and covered her up with a special cloak.
Once everything died down, the Mistress was seen barely holding herself up. The crowd cheered for Rex.
The Mistress watched as Rex came over and extended his hand to her.
"Rex, you have earned the right to learn about the Shadows from Lilith. Also, my body will be used to pleasure you whenever you are around." The Mistress declared.
The happy moment that Rex wanted went down the drain. Lilith dragged Rex's arm to the portal that was waiting for them to return to Earth.
