"For tonight's banquet. We are celebrating the victory that Lilith, The Fifth Seat Holder, and her husband Rex obtained. Also, we are celebrating her recovery." A hostess made the announcement.
Everyone started clapping. Since this was a banquet that Lilith could not miss. She had to be there.
She was currently wearing a black dress that showed her collarbone and went to the floor. It was tight around her waist and made her attractive to all the men. The men were afraid of the consequences of facing against her or Rex. None of them said anything.
"Now Lilith, do you have anything to say?" The hostess asked.
Lilith glared at the hostess. Even though it was her job. She felt extreme danger from Lilith.
Lilith got up and announced, "Thank you all for coming. Now enjoy the banquet." She sat back down.
One of the men in the audience got angry. He was determined to make Lilith say more.
"Lilith, that was a poor speech. You need to say more!" The man got a few glances.
Lilith was angry that she could not stay by her husband's side while he was recovering. That statement made her even angrier.
"Her speech was fine. If you want to die, do it somewhere else." Deathholder entered the banquet.
Everyone bowed. He was quite displeased with hearing the man's tone. He thought he needed to die. He was also trying to be polite here.
Someone else had heard about the manner of speech to Lilith. That was the fairy. She was not pleased with someone trying to harm her master's friend.
The man had an angry facial expression. He went to open his mouth. In that moment, he turned into a giant sunflower.
A stunning woman entered the banquet. She was angry. No one would dare to speak ill of her master's wife.
The woman spoke up, "My name is Soni. I am the fairy that was flying around Rex when he came back to this filthy realm."
Rex had named her Soni.
The people blinked twice. She was more beautiful than every Princess and Queen in the Fifth Realm.
"If anyone else has anything else to say about my master's friend. Say it now." Soni was serious.
The entire crowd was silent. Not even a bug dared to make any noise.
"That is what I thought." Soni said.
She went over to Lilith. She whispered to her, "Master is sleeping right now. He woke up before I came here. Be weary of that." Soni went to enjoy the food after speaking.
A burden had been lifted off of Lilith's shoulders. She was more than happy to enjoy the meal now.
"Dear Lilith, may I ask you what your future plans are?" The Fourth Seat Holder asked.
"Nothing to do with any of you. Now then, please allow me to enjoy my food." Lilith's response hurt everyone.
The other Nine Seat Holders wanted to throw Lilith into the arena and fight. Since Lilith had been taken off the fighting list. She could not enter in there.
The same was not true for Rex. The Nine Seat Holders thought about it. They wanted to test the waters with Rex himself.
"Lilith, I the First Seat Holder, I want to fight your husband. What are the chances of the two of us fighting?" He asked.
Lilith released all of her Demonic Qi. Her anger had finally reached the tipping point. She was not going to hear about her husband from others.
"Why?" A deep demonic voice was heard.
"Why?" A heavenly voice was heard afterward.
The entire place focused on the women whose voices were heard. That was Lilith's and Soni's.
People began to write notes about this confrontation. This was going to become a match written down in history.
"I just wish to experience your husband and master at full power. Even if I have to wait. I will wait until he can come to the Heavenly Realm again." The First Seat Holder said.
"Then wait, you will. I will not and shall not give consent when he barely has entered the Third Mortal Realm with his Mortal Qi." Lilith answered.
Everyone dropped what they were holding. The sudden news that Rex had not even entered the Third Mortal Realm made the banquet fearful of him.
"How is he that strong?" The First Seat Holder asked.
"Apparently, before he could become a normal cultivator. He was a body cultivator, and he strengthened his body to the maximum." Lilith replied what Rex had told her.
Hearing the news that Rex was a body cultivator made the banquet frightened. They were afraid of people who could strengthen their bodies at will and through vigorous training.
"How strong is your husband currently?" Deathholder asked.
"Master could move the World Mountain with a single hand if he wanted to." Soni answered.
When the people heard that World Mountain could be moved. This made them even more fearful of Rex.
Whispers floated around about what they should do with Rex. Lilith was so angry at this point. She just wanted to go on a massacre and kill all she could.
"Anyone else want to die tonight?" Lilith put the sword in her hand.
A dancing green fire was seen around the sword. That was a mixture of Soni's and Lilith's power.
Soni saw a black fire would come out of the sword. She used her power to fuse the two Qi together.
Lilith's Demonic Fire and Soni's fairy Qi made this green fire. It was enough to shatter the blade if Lilith forced the fire out.
Deathholder went behind Lilith. "Now everyone, there is no need to fight here. We are for a celebration, not a war." Deathholder released his Qi over everyone but Lilith and Soni. "If anyone wants to fight her or Rex. They will have to go through me and the Gods." Deathholder finished.
Deathholder had no connection to the Gods. Since Lilith was there, she would be able to call the Demon God. He would get asked to call the others.
Lilith and Soni left after. The two no longer cared about the people trying to make their life harder.
No one stopped the duo. They were mainly afraid of Soni and what she could do. Secondly, they were afraid of the weapons that Lilith held. She, herself, could fight against the other Seat Holders. She could not last long against all of them coming at once.
This banquet went down as the 'Giant Sunflower Banquet for Lilith and Rex'.
