Rex went to one of the dog-like creatures he had already killed. He used his sword and split open the dog-like creature.
He found a dark black circle. That was all there was. No organs, muscles, veins, nothing that made a creature a creature.
Rex grabbed the dark circle. When he went to appraise it.
"Fairy's Death Circle"
"A fairy will eventually become this when it has been poisoned. The only way to cure it is using Yin-Yang Holy Qi."
"Yin-Yang Holy Qi may not be able to recover the fairy. If the fairy wants to come back, that will quicken the healing. If the fairy does not, the healing will not go through."
"If the fairy has also been in this state for a certain period of time. The healing will also not work. The period of time is different for each fairy."
"This fairy wants to be healed, and this fairy has not hit the period that healing will not work. Will you attempt to heal the fairy?"

Rex slowly made his way to Yes.
When he did, he entered into a cultivation state. Yin-Yang Holy Qi began to flood the area.
The area that Rex started to cultivate in became flowers. Slowly, the dark area made a way for flowers. When the fairies saw the flowers.
They began to go see what happened. They saw the human trying to revive one of their own. They danced around.
The Fairy Mother had seen Rex already attempt to heal the fairy. She clenched herself. If he was able to heal them, she would offer herself to them.
"I have to make sure he is good." The Fairy Mother said.
On her decision, a hand held her back. She did not know who it was or why they held her back. She quickly looked around.
A single tooth could be seen. She did not know who it belonged to. The two of them disappeared.
While Rex was cultivating, cracks started to appear on the dark circle. While the cracks became bigger, Rex was fading away.
Finally, the dark circle exploded. Rex reappeared where the rusted handle was. A fairy could be seen dancing around Rex.
The shift from the flower plain to back to the World Mountain broke the concentration. The backlash from the loss of concentration greatly hurt Rex.
The Gods had already come up to where Rex was. They carried him and Lilith to her room in the arena.
What made people talk was not the fact that Rex returned. It was the fact that fairies did exist. No one had ever seen a fairy before, not even the Gods. This made news all around the Heavenly Realm.
Once Rex and Lilith were back in her room. Two beds were placed instead of her usual one. This was to help each of them recover.
While Lilith could get Soul Healing treatment. No one could help Rex. When a break in cultivation happens, it will damage either the Dantian or the veins. If the veins are damaged, there is no hope of recovery. Whereas the Dantian, people could reforge one and let the person gain new powers. It would be a last resort because the new power could finish off the Dantian completely, and both of them would be finished.
The first day since Lilith and Rex returned. Lilith had regained consciousness for a few minutes. She was forced back asleep.
Rex did not wake up or move a muscle. The fairy sat on his head. She felt the rhythm of his cultivation.
"He has a solid Body Cultivation Qi. He has some Tamer Qi. His Mortal, Heavenly, and Demonic Qi are all still being formed." The fairy told a healer.
"How does this man still have Mortal Qi?" The healer asked.
The fairy raised her shoulders. She was just telling the truth. The healer could not let everything be known.
"I am going to check his Soul." The healer said.
He placed his hands over Rex's Soul. While feeling it, Rex's nerves activated. The healer was sent crashing into the arena.
He hit someone who was fighting. When he did, he got hit with an attack on the neck. He instantly went numb.
When the people saw it was a healer. The current match got stopped. They were forced to recover the healer.
The healer got asked, "Who did you piss off?"
People laughed.
"I was attempting to check on Rex. He has taught himself how to defend while asleep." The healer cried.
People were serious about that answer. It was not like people did not get assassinated in their sleep. They would while in cultivation.
While it was few and far in between. People remember when a family member died this way. The outrage that follows always hurts a thousand fold.
No one dared to provoke Lilith or Rex. Although, people wanted to enter the room after the current match. No one did afterward, and most people left during it.
The second day, Lilith was completely fine. Her Soul was still in a damaged state. That damage could only be healed by Rex.
She moved her bed beside his. She began to hug him. Lilith hoped that her Soul could get healed like this.
That night, she went and joined a banquet. This banquet she could not miss. It was for her recovery and the victory she and Rex obtained.
Finally, Rex opened his eyes. He glanced around and saw that he was in Lilith's room. He tried to move his arms and legs. They were chained up.
"What happened?" Rex blurted.
"You revived me. The way you left the Flower Fairy Kingdom was harsh. When you did, it broke your cultivation." The fairy told him.
"What is your name?" Rex asked.
"Whatever you want to name me. I will accept any name you give."
When Rex gave her a name, she was so overjoyed that she locked lips with him. She then danced around. She went to go find the other woman who was beside Rex.
"I hurt like hell." Rex said.
"Of course. That was a cute name you gave her." The Spider Queen said, crawling from underneath the bed.
"Always hiding, huh?" Rex joked.
"The Spider King felt my presence and demanded that you also see him." The Spider Queen replied.
"We need to write a letter then. We will inform him that we will return and fight." Rex said.
The Spider Queen already pulled out a letter. She knew Rex would say that. Rex was happy that she already did that.
"Well, time to sleep." Rex groggy went back to sleep.
