Chapter 176 - Chapter 176 Rex's Soul

When Rex accepted the invitation to be by Lilith's side. His Soul got separated into two pieces.

The first piece kept his Demon King form, his Heavenly Qi, and knowledge.

The second piece kept his Saint power, Mortal Qi, and made his body from dying.

Lilith got the first piece at her side. She could feel his entire warmth. Whereas the mortal body of Rex only had coldness.

Although Rex could use Heavenly Qi to move his body. Right now, he had to figure that out. Rex's Soul was beside Lilith, who was glad that he showed up.

What made her worry was that only his Soul came? She wondered why the entire body of Rex did not come?

Rex became worried for his main body. He was sure that the Spider Queen was keeping his Mortal body from damaging itself.

"We need to try and see if we can fight together." Rex's Soul said.

The start of the night was filled with pain and agony. That became worse as the two tried to the spear.

The duo took a break. Once Rex's Soul felt better. The duo tried the sword.

It was much better. The pain and agony did not happen till much later.

Due to Lilith fighting the Storm Beast. Rex wanted her to be at full power with everything. The room was able built to withstand several powerful attacks.

Once, the duo tried to attack the room a few times. A talisman ripped in half. Rex had to hide his Soul inside the sword or spear.

He found it easier to hide inside the sword than the spear. Once he nudged Lilith, she called for several talismans.

A monk came up with ten. He asked if that would be enough. Lilith looked at her sword.

With a single tap, Lilith knew it would not be enough. She told the monk that. The monk hurried back downstairs.

Lilith and Rex tried several more times. By the monk returned, the duo had gone through all but one of the talismans.

The monk began sweating. The talismans were drawn in a very harsh environment. Lilith and Rex were destroying them easily.

The monk rushed to the Deathholder Family Head. He was worried about the fight. If the talismans were not lasting long. The arena may not survive the onslaught of these two powerhouses fighting.

When the monk reached the room. He knocked several times.

"COME IN," The Family Head shouted.

He was not very welcoming to people interrupting his private time. When he saw it was a monk. His entire attitude changed immediately.

"Great Monk, what troubles do you wish to find peace with?" The Family Head asked.

The monk began to explain what he had seen with Lilith. The Deathholder Family Head felt fear for the UnHeavenly Beast.

"Tell the other Seat Holders to fortify the arena starting in the morning. The match between Lilith and the UnHeavenly Beast will start after lunch. Make my announcement well known also."

The monk did just that. He went to the banquet first. The other Seat Holders were honestly more afraid of Lilith now than before.

Once the news reached the UnHeavenly Beasts. They looked at the beast who messed up. They knew that his life was going to become forfeitted.

Its birth parents also wanted to do everything in their power to save their child. Although the UnHeavenly Beast of Thunder could increase the lightning and thunder. It would honestly only last for a short minute being far away.

Alas, the UnHeavenly Beast of Water could increase the downpour of the water. She was afraid that it would not be enough.

The two decided to intervene by any means possible to save their child. The child could be reborn and become stronger. They were not fully invested in the lives of humans.

Hopefully, they prayed, the star of their life could life better than them.

While all of this was taking place

Rex closed his eyes. He focused on his Mortal body. He wanted it to move around.

Rex's Mortal body woke up and grabbed the sword and spear.

He went out unto the ocean. Rex commanded his Mortal body to let out some weapon attacks. He realized that he will also use those motions while fighting.

While his Mortal body was using the moves, the Spider Queen watched over Rex's body. She was ready to recall him at a moment's notice.

While practicing, a blue screen appeared, even with Rex's eyes closed.

"Host has achieved Half Soul Separation achievement."

"Host can now use the Heavenly Qi to move the Mortal body."

"Host has gained the right to use full power."

"Full power is when a Soul has separated and is going into battle. It will use all of the current host's stats and formalite a projectory to be at max power in whichever Realm that host is on."

"Host has achieved popularity in the Fifth Heavenly Realm. When you arrive in the Heavenly Realm, all popularity will be received in full."

"Popularity in the Heavenly Realm can be turned into greater stats or a Wondrous Weapon made by the Unheavenly Beasts. Depending on your popularity, you may keep gaining it continuously."

"Host also has a choice to make. Let the UnHeavenly Beast of Storms live or die?"

[Live] [Die]

"Depending on your answer, the beasts may give you riches and glory. The opposite is also true. You may encounter famine and torture of family and friends."

Rex's Soul glanced to to where the mountain range was. He was glad to have a chance to see the wondrous Fifth Heavenly Battle Arena Realm.

"Do I choose to let it live?" Rex's Soul thought.

"No. It made my wife upset." The pure hatred of the Demon King roared.

"Peace can only be achieved by peace actions." The other piece of Rex's Soul whispered.

Each side of Rex's Soul was in rage due to being split apart. Each side wanted to have the best control.

"To live could grant me better choices along the way." Rex's Soul mentioned.

He was still wondering which way to choose. The morning came, and Lilith was proudly asleep.

"I guess I will visit the couple that way." Rex's Soul vanished.

He reappeared beside the two UnHeavenly Beasts. He was in his Demon King form. The Demonic Qi flowing out of him was tremendous.

"We need to have a little chat." Rex did not feel fear from them.

The Beasts did not feel threatened until Rex held unto his sword from his Mortal body.
