The school had to call all parents. The matter of the school getting blown up was a serious matter. Most children would rather talk to their parents than to some doctor or nurse. Businesses all over Tokyo had actually closed due to the school. Be it from being in proximity to it or the fact that several parents actually worked together.
With Rex's parents having most of their business overseas. The airport closed for a week to allow police to have free rein with their lifts. Rex's parents had no choice but to call over to the United States and explain what was going on.
They were given a website to be able to login. They were required to be online for 2 hours a day to get training done. Other than that, they were free to do as they pleased.
Once everyone was in the house.
"REX! WHY IN THE HELL DID YOU BLOW THE SCHOOL AWAY?" Margaret unleashed her anger.
Rex also got a little upset and replied, "I barely touched the door. Why did you all lock me in the girl's bathroom?"
Focusing on Rex, Margaret was extremely angry. She always did her best to keep her calm but today she could not.
"FINE! BE LIKE THAT." Margaret stormed off.
Iris and Liz both did not have any clue of what happened. They knew that Margaret and Amber both went to talk to Rex. A few minutes later, the entire school was nearly blown away.
With everyone upset with how Margaret was acting. Rex's mother decided to just get on the game with Rex. She wanted some alone time with him.
"Rex, how about you and I just log on to the game. We can play for a little bit." Rex's mother said and grabbed Rex.
The two of them went up to her bedroom and then went to Rex's. They laid down next to each other and logged in.
Once logged in, Rex led his mother to the cavern where the Wyvern was. This Special Quest was extremely hard to finish by oneself.
Special Quest: Hand over Wyvern Egg to its mother
Difficulty: SSS
Reward: A breakthrough in which Qi cultivation you choose
Difficulty rating for Quest has follows: B, A, S, SS, SSS, Cannot be achieved. A SSS in the First Realm would get lowered to SS in the Second Realm. A SSS in the Second Realm would be one that cannot be achieved here in First Realm.
Most players in the First Realm following the normal routine quest would get a single S ranked Quest.
That S ranked Quest would only be at the final part of the First Realm. Most of the other quests were barely able to make it to the B ranked Quest. For a quest to make it to B ranked.
It had to follow certain requirements. First, can be done alone but usually better with multiple people. Second, the reward had to directly help you with your cultivation or give you enough money to buy a pill for it. Lastly, the quest had to challenge the receiver.
Since Rex could easily defeat it. The Quest was not SSS for the fact of defeating it. That was what truly worries Rex.
"This is going to be rough."
Rex carried his mother to the mountain where the Wyvern lived. In order to get to the cave, one had to climb a sheer cliff or have the ability to fly and coast inside of it.
Rex was a decent climber but he never climbed sheer cliffs. Rex thought if this was all that makes this a SSS Quest for him. He would do everything in his power to easily reach it.
"You ready mother?"
Rex's mother taught Rex how to climb. She even thought that this was a little too much for her. She wrapped her legs around Rex's waist and arms under and over Rex's shoulders where it was comfortable for him.
"Let us start."
The two started to climb. It was nearly lunchtime now. They would have a solid four hours of playtime before they would have to log off or join the others in the game.
Meanwhile on the other side of the mountain
"Who in the world thinks it is okay to carry someone on their back while climbing?" The lower demon nearly yelled.
"Calm down. I brought you here to get your Core foundation. We can always return and throw you into the lion's den." High Ranked 6 Demon Seat said.
"I want to head over there and help them if possible." The lower demon said.
"Fine. I will wait here while you flirt around." High Ranked 6 Demon Seat chuckled.
The lower demon did not like the way the Demon Seat chuckled but he was glad he could at least get a core made before going to the other demon seats.
Being physically more active than all other lower demons. He quickly went out and ran to the cliff. Seeing that Rex and his mother were half way up the cliff.
The lower demon dug its claws into the mountain and quickly caught up to the duo. Once the lower demon caught up, both Rex and his mother looked at him.
Rex's mother completely thought she was looking at a copy of Rex. Rex sits there and thinks that he had a twin brother that became a demon. The lower demon thought it was funny that the person who could become a Saint looked exactly like him.
"This is the best meeting ever!" The lower demon said.
Knowing that they needed some help, Rex and his mother received his help in climbing up the mountain. Once at the cave, Rex and his mother both sighed.
The lower demon then left. He quickly returned to the Demon Seat that was amused at his performance.
"How did it go?"
The lower demon laughed out so loud that several rockslides happened all across the mountain range.
"Better than almost meeting you."
The Demon Seat honestly did not know what to say. He never would have thought the day would come that someone would actually say something about meeting him.
"What happened?"
The lower demon smiled.
"The person who is to become the Saint, looks exactly like me."
The Demon Seat finally put all the clues together from his former friend.
"I will always have to fight a foe that I do not want." The former High Ranked 1 Demon Seat wrote on a paper.
The Demon Seat handed that paper to the lower demon.
"Remember that always, friend." The two disappeared.
