The staff led them to the table and gave them menu. They took their respective seats.
"What would you like to eat Li Xia?" Zai Hai asked.
"Anything's fine," she replied.
"Okay then, beef steak, Aglio o Olio pasta, larb salad, and red wine please," Zai Hai told the staff who nodded their heads and left to prepare their order. Li Xia leaned forward and rested her elbows on the table.
"Do you come here more often?" Li Xia asked as she raised her chin to look at him.
"Yeah, but mostly I came here with clients or colleagues," Zai Hai answered as he leaned forward placing his both hands on the table.
Li Xia nodded her head as her stare returned to look outside the window. Now the sky was getting darker and the birds have all gone back to their nests.
" Why did you leave your studies?" Zai Hai asked curiously. You wanted to do a Ph.D. in chemistry then what happened?
