[Step!]
Footsteps sounded in the crater with two figures seen in it.
"Bastard! you are still alive, thank god." Derrick said, walking to a man that lay on the ground with his eyes open as he looked at the sky.
"Knew you would come. So, I decided I should give you a little challenge and just sky gaze over here."
Bash politely with a smile before pointing at a cloud. " That one looks like a unicorn if you stare close-ouch! Why are you hitting me?"
Derrick interrupted, kicking him as he said, "Get your lazy ass up, you flaming monkey."
He continued nudging him with his feet, causing Bash to hurriedly get up.
"Ok, Ok am up. So, where to, boss?"
Bash said, sitting on the ground.
"Well, Derrick said, thinking back on the fight with the bird.

Scene break
The lighting bird blasted apart the carriage, throwing the trio in mid-air,
"Nooooooooo" Derrick screamed as he flung about in the air. His eyes glowed as he stared the bird down
The bird soared through the stormy sky, planning to pick on them one by one and tear them to pieces.
It first flew to Bash, its wing emitting a dazzling menacing light as it screamed, "Skrahhhhhh!"
Flames shrouded Bash, covering him like body armor as the flames thruster appeared on his legs.
"Come get me, you pest!!" He bellowed, motioning for the bird to follow him.
It obliged, and Bash flared up an attack in preparation. Soon, flame and lightning met in the sky, alike elements clashed in holy matrimony.
An explosion sounded, and red lighting appeared in this torrent, clearing up the clouds in the vicinity and spreading black as coal smoke.
Derrick saw a figure falling from the clouds and heading to a nearby hill—it was Bash.

Derrick halted midair as markings appeared on his arms before turning to gauntlets with tomahawks soon materializing on his hands.
His gold eyes stared into the lightning bird's soul while he slowly brought the two weapons to a crossing.
The bird ignored Derrick as it soared to Klide, but that was its mistake.
A blast of gold light slammed into its side, making it lose its balance.
"SKRAAAAA!"
The bird cried outer before staring at its obstacle in rage. In its sight was Derrick holding a massive battle ax to his front with his eyes closed.
Derrick slowly opened his eyes, and a reptilian pupil could be vaguely seen before it disappeared.
The bird looked in caution, now hovering around Derrick, glancing for any weak point in his defense.
But Derrick didn't want to play its game as he shot another human-sized wavy gold blast at the lightning aves.
The bird already experienced it reacted with its bolt,
The Lightning and Gold energy constantly collided, releasing waves of energy without limits
The bird soon got tired of this charade and glid directly at Derrick while tanking his gold energy attack.
"SKRRRAAAA"
It cried out as it got close.
Derrick snorted and thought, "Undisciplined bird." As he charged his tomahawk, putting all his energy into one attack.
They soon clashed with unbridled energy shaking the very sky and brightening it with gold-blue light.
"Arhhhhh!"
With a mighty scream, Derrick pushed back the massive bird, swinging his ax to its head as his veins bulged and his eyes glowed.
The weapon got inches away from the neck of the bird.
His unhindered strike hit nothing but a flash of blue light. Derrick's eyes widened in shock as he felt a presence behind him.
The winged shadow shrouded him while lightning around them soared toward it, entering its ferocious frame.
Derrick charged once more, but it only lasted a moment before his skin started breaking, and he vomited a mouthful of blood.
It almost seemed like the bird had a cocky expression as it charged itself up.
Derrick glanced up with his mouth stained with blood and red veins in his eyes, "Screw you!"
Lightning passed through his heart, and Derrick's eyes went dark before slowly falling from the sky, with his mind and body bruised.
The bird looked down from the sky with a pretentious expression as it watched its stubborn prey finally fall.
"I will kill you."
Derrick thought as he as his vision went dark.
Scene start
Derrick held his heart for a few moments, thinking back with his hand in a fist.
"Don't do anything stupid!" Bash said as he watched Derrick bawl inside.
"I will end that monster!"
Derrick said with determination and a tint of anger.
"You will die."
"I will win."
Derrick countered, not listening to the words of the worried man.
"That is a Tempestus Accipiter, The Ruler of Storms, you will die! Do not argue with me!" Bash said, getting up from the floor and walking out of the crater
Derrick paused for a moment before continuing, "It didn't seem that strong. I would have won if my body could handle the amount of power that flowed through me!"
Derrick argued while he followed Bash behind his back.
Bash looked behind while still moving forward, "Can you handle it now?"
"Uhm… Well, no, but-"
"Yes or no?" said Bash, not wanting to listen to a double-sided answer as he scaled himself up the crater.
"No," Derrick said in a low voice.
"I couldn't hear you," said Bash looking at the distant lands from the top.
"Noo!" Derrick said, this time in frustration.
"I thought so," Bash said with an 'I win' expression.
"Derrick now stood side by side with him.
"What are we looking for?" Derrick asked Bash, who shushed him as he concentrated,
After a few seconds, he answered, "What direction did you see Klide fall to?"
"Kilde… I think there," said Derrick, pointing at his left opposite Bash,
"Hmm, let's hope you're right. So, how do we get down? We could jump?" Bash asked.
"No, we will get pushed down too fast, it's best we follow the path I came from."
Bash nodded his head, agreeing to the proposal as he walked back with Derrick following.

.
"You cried for me, didn't you?" Bash suddenly asked with a laugh.
"No…. I didn't," Derrick said with a pause.
"You definitely cried!" Bash said with a chuckle, passing by Derrick
"Just … shut up."
The scene slowly fades away.
