The next day
It was Friday and the last workday of their short leave before the weekend comes after everything that had happened between them Leon wanted to make it up to her and had tried a lot to comfort her and his efforts seem to bear fruits and Emily was slowly returning to normal like how they used to be.
He was glad that she was forgetting those bad things that happened at the JN mansion though he was sure that he couldn't erase that from her mind as what happened already happened.
In two days to come she will be going back to work and so he wanted to spend more time with her before they both get occupied with their work especially with his new job.
The day started nicely with both of them getting a peaceful moment by drinking tea just outside their house garden.
Later on they went back inside their house and both got comfortable on the couch reading whatever that was available and Emily preferred a magazine.
