Seeing that Henry was not willing to back down, the mage finally relented.
"But if you must," he continued. "Your best bet would be to get them as far from the water as you possibly can. They can only be injured if they're far from water unless you're traveling with a mage. However, the spells used for kelpies are bordering on the edge of black magic because there is a sacrificial element involved."
Henry quickly spoke up.
"I won't be traveling with a mage," Henry explained. "The Royal Family is hosting a hunt that happens to overlap with the bog of a kelpie. I saw it start changing before I had to retreat. I've heard they shouldn't be dealt with but I think it could give the Knights of Hydrogia an edge over the others."
The mage pointed to the book.
