In the next two days, Amaya and Donello participated in the archery mixed events. The result was predictable. As both of them were gold medalists individually, they also garnered the gold medal in the mixed event.
The defending champions for the mixed events were from Usturia. They could only curse and accept their faith. In the end, they settled for the silver medal.
After the medal ceremony, Princess Amaya and Donello were making their way out of the arena when they were stopped by two burly athletes who had just received the silver medals. These athletes were significantly larger than Donello, who himself was much taller than Amaya. As a result, when they blocked their path, Amaya was completely obscured from view behind them.
"What do you want?" Donello asked warily while he stood in between the two men and his sister Amaya.
