Not in hurry to leave or to begin cultivating, Shung Yun began inspecting the inner structure of the pagoda, as well as, other materials or knowledge containing something of interest.
Ending his search after no breakthrough in his effort to dig out information from the pagoda, he sat cross-legged on the ground before putting his newly found cultivation technique into practice.
Adhering to the instruction contained in the body cleansing realm cultivation technique, he stirred the physique Qi in his bones as he focused on the dirt stuck in it, using his physique Qi to force them out.
Ignoring the troublesome voices sounding out in his head, he carried on for over seven[7] hours before expending his entire physique Qi.
"Although, it's said that the bone cleansing stage can only be completed in no less than two[2] weeks, I might not use that long," lying with his back on the ground, Shung Yun thought as he looked at the ceiling of the first floor, "I wonder what's the difference between me and other from the Nazaki Race."
Contemplating on his thought as he slowly recovered from his loss of physique Qi, he made a guess using his constituent as the focal point.
"It must be because of the amount of the physique Qi contained in my body," he thought as he kept his guess at the level of an assumption, "well, it doesn't really matter. Together with the dew of Na'ydairus, I might be able to complete the three[3] stages of the cleansing technique in no less than a month, maybe, even in less than three[3] weeks."
Organizing his plan, he used five[5] hours to recover his expended physique Qi before taking out his stored fierce beast's meat for dinner.
Finishing his dinner, he left the pagoda before taking a walk through the yard of the inheritance ground while reading through Mr. Lee's teachings on inscriptions.
Taking his yellow colored eyes away from the scroll in his king's hands, Mangro resisted falling asleep as he focused on studying the surrounding.
Walking round the yard twice before understanding half of the front page of the scroll containing Mr. Lee's teachings, Shung Yun searched through his storage ring for the things left by Mr. Rechen.
Taking out an ink, a quill, and an empty piece of paper, he controlled the spiritual Qi around him before fusing it with each stroke of his quill, giving meaning to the symbols he drew.
!!
Crumbling to pieces in front of Shung Yun, the particles of the paper containing the unfinished inscribed symbols were blew away by the breeze in the yard.
"Seems like I need to up my control of spiritual Qi," Shung Yun said as he took out a second blank paper from his storage ring.
Having no ability to store spiritual Qi in his meridians due to the absence of a dantian, his competence in controlling the spiritual Qi around him for inscribing was inferior to the ability of an inscriber whose spiritual Qi comes directly from his meridians or dantian.
Going at it for a couple of hours, he significantly progressed as he became able to complete up to nine[9] strokes of the symbol.
Feeling sleepy after using a lot of his sea of consciousness, he laid on the ground of the yard after finding no way back into the pagoda.
Waking up after six[6] of rest, Shung Yun went fishing with his bow and his arrow as he caught a semi-rank middle-stage crimson-tail shark for breakfast.
Repeating his cultivation, lunch, inscription study, and then sleep, he added essence comprehension, battle-axe drill, and shooting practice to the list.
Two[2] days later, a complete inscribed symbol laid in front of Shung Yun.
"I've gotten it," raising the inscribed paper from the ground, he sensed the strength hidden in the lines of the symbol on it, "too bad I wasn't one of those rare geniuses that could control more than one element of nature."
Not really bothered as he stared at the fiery lines of the symbol with a grin on his face, he laid on his side before falling asleep.

Three[3] days later....
Sitting in front of thirty one[31] soldiers, Shung Muzai said to them, "three[3] weeks ago, we all agreed to make use of the method put in place by the our previous captain in distributing the monthly supplies given by the village. And today, I was handed the monthly supply of our Ravage unit to distribute amongst ourselves.
Continuing, he said, "but due to the ongoing war, I decided to adjust it a bit. The sixteen[16] weakest amongst us will have forty[40] percent of their supply taken and given to the strongest sixteen[16] amongst us, thereby, giving the members of our Ravage unit more chance to survive in the war."
"Praise the goddess," a middle-stage female youth uttered as she felt relieved after hearing Shung Muzai's words.
"I have a better chance to compete next month," a lower-stage male youth muttered as he tightened his fists excitedly.
"We can't have everyone battle each other to determine the strongest sixteen[16], right?" Shung Dong asked as he looked at Shung Muzai.
"That won't be good since we're in the middle of a war," Shung Muzai said as he answered Shung Dong's question.
"Then, what do you propose we do?" Shung Xu asked while looking at her captain.
"Amongst ourselves, we know the top ten[10] strongest cultivators due to the performances from our various missions and assignments," Shung Muzai said the first sentence with his eyes on Shung Xu before moving towards the remaining soldiers, "using that method, the top ten[10] strongest soldiers are going to engage in a ten[10] seconds duel with the remaining twenty two[22] soldiers. The soldiers who are able to last still the ten[10] seconds countdown finishes get the chance to be among the top twenty[20] soldiers to receive more supplies for the month. Understand?"
"Yes, captain!" the soldiers responded their as eyes moved round the faces of their colleagues, scrutinizing them and selecting who should be among the top ten[10] strongest.
With the exception of Shung Cailyn, the original squad leaders were among the top ten[10] soldiers chosen to duel with rest of the pre-qualified soldiers.
Beginning first, Shung Muzai fought with an upper-stage male youth while reducing his cultivation to his realm and rank.
Easily defeating his opponent in less than eight[8] seconds, he left the stage for the next contestants.
Stepping out after Shung Muzai left the stage; Shung Kai reduced his cultivation rank to the skin strengthening rank of the body tempering realm as he waited for anyone among the twenty two[22] challengers bold enough to step out.
Not waiting for long, a lower-stage male youth in the skin strengthening rank stepped out from the crowd of soldiers before walking towards Shung Kai.
Commencing the battle, Shung Kai continuously exchanged attacks with the lower-stage male youth while completely suppressing him.
"Enough!" Shung Muzai's voice sounded out as he interrupted the battle between Shung Kai and Shung Bu, "ten[10] seconds are up."
Seizing his attack, Shung Kai glanced at his senior before leaving him breathless on stage.
"So powerful," Shung Bu supported himself with his hands on his knees as he gasped for breath while his eyes stayed on Shung Kai.
Leaving the stage after calming his beating heart, he watched as Shung Xu stepped into the stage.
Trying to seize the opportunity, two[2] female youth soldiers stepped out at the same time after seeing Shung Xu.
"Tsk! They're trying to battle the gentle Shung Xu," Shung Bulin thought as he watched the two[2] female youths argue between themselves.
After a series of questions from Shung Muzai, one of the female youths dispiritedly went back into the crowd of soldiers, leaving the middle-stage female youth to battle the strongest female soldier in the Ravage unit.
With time constantly moving, three[3] minutes seven[7] seconds quickly passed as the competition came to an end, leaving twenty[20] smiling and indifference faces against twenty two[22] unhappy, gloomy and expressionless faces in the Byui village's war camp.

As days went by without darkness ever infiltrating the yard containing the pagoda, the day Shung Yun completely cultivated the body cleansing realm cultivation technique finally arrived.
"Just two[2] days short of it been three[3] weeks," Shung Yun said after sixteen[16] days of daily cultivation.
