Withholding his play, Elder Xunqja said, "I need an inscribed equipment that can increase the spiritual Qi output of an upper-stage QI birth realm cultivator. I can only offer ten[10] gold pieces for the time being due to certain circumstances."
"How long would it take you to complete the full payment?" Shung Yun asked as he paid attention to all of Elder Xunqja's pieces.
"It won't exceed the end of next month," Elder Xunqja as he resumed his play by moving the pawn piece in front his left knight piece forward.
"How do you see an extra ten[10] percent increase?" Shung Yun asked as he moved his right knight piece towards the west-north box of the pawn piece in front of his right bishop piece.
"It's reasonable. Thank you for this favor, Mr. Yun," Elder Xunqja said as he made his move by moving his left bishop piece in front of his pawn piece at the left end of the board.
"Your interaction with me has been friendly ever since we've met, Elder Xunqja," Shung Yun said as he moved the pawn piece in front of his right castle piece two[2] steps forward, "it's fair that I do it."
Going silent for over thirty[30] minutes, the young teenager and the old elderly each placed a chess piece after every movement from the other, enjoying the battle going on upon the tiny board containing no more than fourteen[14] pieces after the death of eighteen[18] pieces.
"You lose," Elder Xunqja said as his pieces cornered Shung Yun's king piece.
"I still have a lot to learn," Shung Yun said as he relaxed on the back of his chair.
"I shouldn't keep you here any longer," Elder Xunqja said as he took out the folded scroll given to him by Shung Yun, "here's the original scroll of Mr. Lee's teachings."
"What about my end of the deal?" Shung Yun asked as he stored the scroll in his storage ring.
Swiping his hand across the table in front of him, Elder Xunqja swapped the chess board with a total of nine[9] scrolls and manuals.
"Take your time," he said to Shung Yun as he stood up from his seat and walked towards another table at the far end of the room.
Taking out a quill, an ink, and a bunch of empty scrolls, Shung Yun began transferring the information contained in the scrolls and manuals in front of him into his empty scrolls.
Using an hour and ten[10] minutes to complete the transfer, he bid goodbye to Elder Xunqja while promising to complete his request within the next five[5] days.
Leaving the five-storied library of the inner court, he hopped on Haru's back before riding out of the inner court and towards the outer court.
Locating Shung Pang with a beautiful upper-stage female teenager sitting beside him, Shung Yun knew that was Shung Jing, the female genius of the Shung Clan.
"It's really you, Shung Yun," Shung Jing said as she stood up together with Shung Pang from their seated position.
Smiling at the scrutinizing of the girl he competed with for over six[6] after he began his cultivation, Shung Yun said while he leaped down from Haru, "you've grown a lot stronger since the last time I saw you."
Remembering what Shung Pang told her about Shung Yun, Shung Jing didn't let the pride of being at a higher cultivation than her younger cousin get to her head.
"Not as much as you have," she said as she spoke not of his cultivation but of his status.
"I was just lucky," Shung Yun said as he looked at his cousins, "will you both be heading to the village at the end of the year?"
"Yes. We'll be celebrating the year end with our family," Shung Pang said as his longing for his home could be sensed in his words.
"What about you? Are you going to celebrate the year end at the village?" Shung Jing asked Shung Yun.
"It will depend on how my journey goes," Shung Yun said to Shung Jing before looking at the direction of the crystal ball on the ring around the sun, "I'll be leaving now. You both can find me at Guchun Inscription Company."
"See you later," Shung Pang and Shung Jing said as they watched Shung Yun leave on Haru's back.
"Do you know what he did for an inner court elder to want to see him?" Shung Jing asked her fellow disciple and her close cousin standing beside her and watching the back of the middle-stage male teenager riding on a wild-horse.
"I have no idea," Shung Pang said as his eyes remained glue to Shung Yun's exiting back, "but we can find out by visiting him."
"We should go before we head back to the village," Shung Jing said to Shung Pang.
"Alright," Shung Pang said as he agreed to Shung Jing's suggestion.
Leaving the Flowing River Sect, Shung Yun headed to Guzhen Street to checkout his possessions.
Seeing all the buildings empty and vacant, he immediately headed to Tang Hyung's resident to inform him to begin drawing the plan for the estate.
Arriving at the renowned architecture's home, Shung Yun sat on a velvet covered sofa in wait for Tang Hyung.
Not waiting for long, a middle-stage elderly man entered the living room through the stairs at the left end of the room.
"Mr. Hyung," Shung Yun stood up before cupping his fists towards the middle-stage elderly man walking towards him.
"I heard what happened to Guchun. How are you coping with it?" Tang Hyung asked after sitting on an armchair in front of Shung Yun.
"I'm just trying to keep his memory alive by keeping his company running," Shung Yun said as he sat down after Tang Hyung.
"That won't be easy," Tang Hyung said before going straight to the point, "have you gotten the required lands?"
"Yes," Shung Yun said as he answered Tang Hyung, "I just need to destroy the buildings on them and get the plan from you to get a construction company to get to work."
"Alright. I'll take care of viewing the land area today," Tang Hyung said before adding, "if you haven't decided on a construction company to take care of your estate, I can recommend one for you."
"I'll have to thank you in advance then, Mr. Hyung," Shung Yun said as he complied with Tang Hyung's suggestion, "what time would you head to the site?"
"In the next three[3] hours," Tang Hyung said as his maidservant brought in two[2] cups of tea exuding light smoke on a flat, circular ceramic plate.
"Thank you," Shung Yun said to the maidservant as she placed one of the tea cup on the stool in front of him after serving her master.
Bowing towards her master and his guest, the maidservant left the living room.
"Nice tea," Shung Yun said after taking a sip from the smoking tea cup.
"It from one of my collections," Tang Hyung said as he put down his tea cup after taking a sip from it.
Finishing his tea after four[4] minutes, Shung Yun prepared to leave.
"Fu Jiang will see you out," Tang Hyung said to Shung Yun as his butler entered into the living room.
"Alright," Shung Yun said as he walked towards the door leading out of Tang Hyung's mansion.
Opening the door for the middle-stage teenager, the butler to Tang Hyung followed behind him until he left on his horse.
