Chapter 37 - Chapter 37 Path

"Shung Kai, let's the three[3] of us go get a drink," Shung Bulin said as he walked towards Shung Kai with Shung Xu beside him.

"Show everything you understood to me through the mind link," Shung Yun said to Ikunga and Mangro.

Doing as Shung Yun said, Ikunga and Mangro both sent everything they understood about what they read to him.

Going through the information sent to him by Ikunga and Mangro, Shung Yun came across informations he has read in a whole new perspective.

"Understanding things from different views is really one of the best ways to know stuffs," he thought as Ikunga carried him on his shoulder to his house.

Arriving in front of the short wooden fence surrounding the brown roofed bungalow in it, Ikunga pushed open the short gate before entering inside with Shung Yun on his left shoulder.

"Ahhhh!!" Shung Li screamed as she saw a three[3] meters tall white colored gorilla after running out of her house due to the sound of her gate.

"Hey Li'er, can you stop screaming?" Shung Yun said as he covered his ears with his hands.

"Bi..big brother?" Shung Li looked doubtful after hearing the sound of her big brother.

"I didn't know you were so tall, Ikunga," Shung Yun said before leaping down from Ikunga's left shoulder.

"The human is too short, my king," Ikunga said as he contradicted what Shung Yun said.

"W..what is big brother doing with th..this beast?" Shung Li stuttered as she looked at Ikunga.

"That's Ikunga. He's my subordinate," Shung Yun said as he began heading for the door, "let's go inside."

"Big brother's subordinate?" Shung Li was confused as she followed Shung Yun into the house.

"Have you eaten anything today?" Shung Yun asked as he sat cross-legged on the black-colored pillow in the living room.

"I made rice and soup in the morning for me and cousin sister Mia. Then I ate cabbage sauce at cousin sister Mia's house in the afternoon," Shung Li said sat cross-legged beside Shung Yun.

"No fierce beast meat?" Shung Yun asked.

"Fierce beast meats cost so much. The money big brother usually send isn't enough to last me a month if I spend it on fierce beast meats." Shung Li said.

"Well, that's harsh," Shung Yun said as he took out ten[10] pieces of duan silver from the pouch hanging on the left side of his waist, "use it to get yourself some fierce beast meats. They're very delicious."

"Is big brother alright? Why did he say, that's harsh?" Shung Li thought as she got confused by Shung Yun's words, as well as his action, "and why did he give me such an amount of money?"

"I'll be heading to my room," Shung Yun said as he stood up.

"Do big brother want me to prepare anything?" Shung Li asked as she looked at Shung Yun.

"A fierce beast's meat will be nice," Shung Yun said as he walked to his room.

"I will go get it now," Shung Li said before running outside.

"Time to see where I should go and increase my cultivation," Shung Yun muttered as he sat cross-legged on his bed.

Taking off his armor, he also removed the long-sleeves shirt beneath it before looking at the red colored tattoo on his left hand.

"It sure looks like a long journey," he said as he carefully looked at the tattooed road before arriving at the gate at the end of the tattoo, "that must be where the opportunity is."

Looking away from the tattoo on his left hand, he joined his palms together as he closed his eyes.

Riling up the physique Qi in his room, waves of it swarm towards him before passing through his stomach and entering the twelve[12] abnormally elastic meridians in it.

"What are you doing?" Mangro asked as he poked out his head from Ikunga's left hand's fur.

"Comprehending," Ikunga said without opening his eyes.

"Hahaha! You're a really funny gorilla, Ikunga," Mangro laughed as his tongue flickered about, "we beasts don't need to comprehend the Essences and Laws as the humans and the few other intelligent races do. We just need to accumulate enough desolate Qi, and nature will take care of engraving the Essences and Laws on our bones, giving us control over them."

"Mother nature is fair," Ikunga said as he continued his comprehension, "she took away the intelligences of our beast race and granted us her Essences and Laws for as little as breaking passed our body limits. While the humans and other intelligent races we forever be stagnated if they can't comprehend her Essences and Laws."

"If you know all that, why then are you still wasting your time in trying to understand her Essences and Laws?" Mangro couldn't understand the thoughts of his serving companion.

"Showing her that I don't appreciate what she did to the beast race," Ikunga said as he finally opened his eyes, "and my intelligent gets closer to that of the intelligent races the more I comprehend her Essences and Laws. Only by being the greatest beast to ever exist will I have all that I desire."

"A pity you weren't born with a great bloodline," Mangro said as he looked away from Ikunga, "you would've made more sense saying that."

"They won't harm me. They won't harm me," Shung Li recited to herself as she opened the mini gate connected to the short wooden fence.

Forcing her eyes to focus on the door, she walked faster than usual before entering the house and closing the door quickly behind her.

"That was scary!" she breathed quickly as she placed her left palm on her chest while her right hand held a huge, wrapped leaf.

Calming her breath, she walked towards Shung Yun's room before knocking on the door in front of her.

"Big brother! I'm back with the fierce beast meat," she said after two[2] consecutive knocks.

"Finally," Shung Yun said as he quickly climbed down from his bed while dragging his cloth with him.

Putting on the long-sleeves shirt as he walked towards the door, he took a few more seconds before getting to the door.

Opening it, the scent of the greased roasted fierce beast meat puffed into his nose.

"I swear, you're one of the best things that I've ever tested," he muttered as he took the huge, wrapped leaf from Shung Li.

Unwrapping the wrapped leaf, he tore off three-tenth of the greased roasted fierce beast before passing it to Shung Li.

"Strengthen your body before your meridians opens up," he said before walking into his room with his door opened.

"Th..thanks," Shung Li was astounded by her big brother's generosity.

"One thing we had in common, old Shung Yun," Shung Yun mumbled as his mouth moved aggressively around the shared portion of his face, "is very good relative who cares so much about us despite the pains we caused them."

With time constantly flowing through reality, the sun gradually got covered by the thick dark veil of mother nature, bringing darkness to all Zhung Xiu world.

Putting on a black colored cloak, Shung Yun walked out of his house without his battle-axe.

"Ikunga, wait here for us. Mangro and I need to make a visit," he said as he squatted in front of Ikunga with his left palm on the ground.

"Yes, my king," Ikunga said before going back to comprehending the Essences of nature.

Having Mangro coiled up on his left wrist, Shung Yun used the buildings in the central region of the village to move towards his destination.

"Don't kill them," he said as he squatted beside a two[2] Storey tall building dozens of feets away from the huge green gate connected to a two[2] meters tall fence.

"Understood," Mangro said as he slithered towards the two[2] individuals standing guard in front of the two[2] meters high gate.

"The top five[5] most beautiful girls in the village won't be complete without Shung clan's Shung Xu. I bet she will taste delicious when my c*ck find its way into her p*ssy," guard[1] said with a grin on his face as he looked at guard[2].

"Our clan's Nue Xiu wouldn't have lost to her. What a pity such a beauty got killed before anyone could pluck her flow...,"

Scrs!!

"Scrawny arms? Hey! Are you alright? Scrawny arms!?" guard[1] called as his partner suddenly went silent.

Thud!!
