Chapter 312 - Chapter 312

Ramiel sends news concerning what has been happening on Earth when he opens a dimensional gate. Certain predictions were implemented as he was constantly traveling back and forth, feeding and awakening the sleeping rift on his home world, so his stay on earth would be longer and more productive. He knew that the longer he stayed on Earth, the more information he could gather to help prevent any potential disaster from occurring. With each visit through the dimensional gate, Ramiel carefully balanced his time to ensure he was maximizing his efforts while minimizing any negative consequences.

This news was received with mixed emotions by his family, and citizens back on Arcane were saddened but understood it was the right thing to do. They understood the importance of his duties but were also worried about the risks involved. Despite their concerns, they trusted their king's judgment and supported him in his endeavors to protect both worlds.

Many were upset but did not really get mad at him, they knew his decisions were not made just for simple reasons. It was created out of a sense of duty and responsibility to his people. The king's actions were seen as necessary sacrifices for the greater good, even though they caused heartache among those who cared deeply for him. One of them was Hilas but for now she needs to gain control over what is happening to her.

She felt everything was wrong. The only way to fix this dilemma was to go back to where it all started. But she needs help. She needs somebody who will help her unconditionally without asking for too many details, so she decided to finally tell Earl Reeve Gallien, her cousin, the truth. This shocks him to the point where he gets angry and scolds Hilas for doing such a foolish thing.

"Why, this isn't like you, Hilas , you were never this thoughtless,"

"You were able to survive this harsh world on your own. ,"

"You stood up and fought many hard pressing issues and overcame all of them,"

"You were , and decisive to the point that everybody who knew you, was scared ."

Hilas hung her head in shame, realizing the weight of her cousin's disappointment in her actions. She knew she had to work hard to regain his trust and prove that she was still the strong, independent person he believed her to be.

"I never once saw you like this."

"And to think you will go and meet Earl Galthir Allannia without even investigating him thoroughly."

" Many things have has change since the death of Viscount Ugrihron."

" I was happy to see you were not interested in seeking any help from those who were connected to your dead husband."

"This fact was the reason I was able to give you the freedom you truly deserve."

"You have no idea what kind of person Earl Galthir Allannia is."

"He is a monster; stories about his past were enough to send shivers down anyone's spine."

"You should have been cautious with your interactions with him, as his true intentions may be far from noble."

"Stories about him were washed down, but I assure you all the things I will mention to you are true, and I truly believe they are."

Earl Reeve Gallien continued to share vital information with Hilas , this made her more mad at herself. She smashed the coffee table that was in front of her. She held her head and gave out a scream of frustration. The maid serving tea was shocked. She had never seen her master like this before and quickly rushed to assist Hilas in calming down.

The tension in the room was palpable as Hilas struggled to regain her composure. She was now really upset, as more details about Earl Galthir were making her stomach upset, The details concerning the gruesome things associated with him were too much for her to handle. The maid, sensing Hilas' distress, offered to fetch a glass of water to help calm her nerves. Hilas nodded gratefully, realizing she needed a moment to collect herself before delving further into the unsettling information about Earl Galthir.

Until she heard the disturbing gossip about his particular rumored habit, Hilas vomited as her coisin Reeve mentioned that dark gossip was coming from retired workers at his factory, that he dug up his wife decaying corpse and made a deal with a powerful Arche lich to revive his wife, and the body part she was able to gain by helping those who have a particular problem, Hilas felt a chill run down her spine as she realized the extent of Earl Galthir's dark secrets.

The thought of him making deals with powerful entities for such sinister purposes left her feeling both horrified and now scared to admit she might have unwittingly gotten involved in something dangerous.

she was shaking in fear as if she already became a victim, Reeve continued to share more details about Earl Galthir,

when he mentioned that he was secretly collecting specific body parts, many of his so called unconfirmed victims were never seen again speculation rose when dead discarded bodies were seen without their skin, heart and eyes, but afte a few days these body part were seen also cast aside in isolated places near the town of Helmfirth a few meters in the unchartered land next to the Tridentum dukedom region.

she called the second Knight commander Leilatha Atinen to gather her best troops and prepare to leave immediately, she ask her niece Eiresti Nimwen Gallien to fetch her physician again personally later that evening,

Earl Reeve Gallien was now also fearing fo his cousins statuse as she was eratc and now fuming with anger. He he cant contain his frustration and forcibly asked her .

"What is going on, Hilas?"

"Why are you so upset after hearing the stories about Earl Galthir? "

"Did you meet him?"

Hilas was looking at her cousin with fire in her eyes, her hands clenched into fists. "Yes, I met him," she replied through gritted teeth. "And he might have done something to me.," With a heavy heart, Earl Reeve Gallien realized that his cousin Hilas was in grave pain and anger.

"I need to make sure, I need to know what he did to me on that day."

" I am afraid to know the truth. I am scared to admit , I made a mistake!"

"I need your help , please. I beg you, cousin, help me find the answers "

Earl felt a surge of empathy for his cousin as he saw the distress in her eyes.

"I promise to help you uncover the truth, no matter how difficult it may be," he said reassuringly. "We will face this together."

"Please don't tell Ramiel, I don't want him to worry unnecessarily," she added with a hint of desperation in her voice. "I trust you to keep this between us for now."

"I understand, I won't say anything to Ramiel," Earl replied, offering his cousin a reassuring smile. "Let's work together to figure this out."

"We will find a way to solve this mystery without causing unnecessary concern," Earl assured her, squeezing her hand gently. "You can count on me to support you every step of the way."

Eiresti Nimwen Gallien was simply observing, and even though she was blood related, she couldn't help but be afraid of what his uncle and aunt were talking about because she was already a Knight and had to abide by the strict rules of that status. Nevertheless, she was thinking carefully about what was happening. She knew she had to remain calm and composed, knowing that her role as a Knight required her to handle situations with grace and intelligence. Eiresti focused on being observant and strategic in order to navigate the mystery unfolding before her.

meanwhile at the Military Empire of Gremore, Irzad Sarthrellith is currently investing time and effort in hearing reports that a new Kingdom was created in the very heart of the forsaken forest a place know for its raw unpredictable surge of magical energy,

He was fascinated to learn that the king of the new kingdom had saved the eleventh realm as well. Moreover, powerful merchants who had been granted permission by the 12 ruling realm kings and Queen to conduct business within their respective realms expressed interest in learning more about the so-called kingdom of Arcane.

The king of Arcane's reputation for bravery and strategic thinking had spread far and wide, solidifying his position as a respected leader among neighboring realms. The merchants saw potential for profitable partnerships with the kingdom of Arcane, sparking curiosity and excitement about the possibilities that lay ahead.

The destruction at the territory ruled by the Sarthrellith clan that Maiae Dallmethad instegated and force was interrupted by the assassins under the Hellmane clan, she was in fact powerful and hard to comprehend; her fighting style was erratic impulsive and lacked any pattern, she just randomly attacked with full force and loved the rill of inflicting pain on an enemy, her magical attacks were spread out as she cast attack spells at intervals, but she was not trained to use her mana effectively, facing a veteran warrior could easily see this weakness if given the right opportunity and availability to observe her attack patterns.

The clash of powers was like nothing the kingdom had ever seen before. The ground shook and the air crackled with energy as the two forces fought for dominance. In the end, it was the precision and teamwork of the Hellmane assassins that prevailed. They were able to weaken Maiae and ultimately defeat her.

now even with Maiae Dallmethad vast power without actually gaining real experience in battles she was bound to lose, especially against a skilled warrior who could exploit her lack of battle experience. The kingdom celebrated the victory, knowing that they were safe from Maiae's tyranny for now. she was able to escape with her life still intact but the damage to her reputation was irreparable. The Hellmane assassins had proven themselves as formidable opponents, and Maiae would think twice before challenging them again.

The Hellmane gain a huge favor from the Sarthrellith clan, reports of their negative reputation were lies and over exaggerated by one of the ruling clan serving Queen Sheaira Liluth Demiurgos, further attempts to crush the Sarthrellith were pushed back as the Military Empire of Gremore Gardians never expected their was a clan of assassins' residing in their land in a secretive manner,

they launch spies to determine if these group was indeed hired by the Sarthrellith clan to gain protection from their attacks, they even speculated that they came from a different realm knowing that control almost all of the information in the eleventh realm, and thought their rule no assassins' clan were ever surface However, the spies were unable to confirm the origin of the Hellmane assassins, leaving four guardian Guards in a state of uncertainty. Despite their best efforts, the mysterious group remained illusive and highly secretive to their true origin

Their task was simple , it was to gather information on the current Queen of the tenth realm , and seek out the real reason they were still in constant battle with their unconfirmed enemy, because they have been amassing so many weapons and manpower to fight a enemy nobody has seen or been reported.

thus closing the Crimson gate from being used to enter their domain for nearly a decade now, The operatives had been successful in keeping their mission covert, utilizing advanced technology and stealth tactics to avoid detection. Despite the lack of concrete evidence, they were determined to uncover the truth behind the mysterious enemy of the Military Empire of Gremore so the king of Arcane can finally continue his mission in uniting and opening all the 12 realms and hopefully becoming one again,

While all of this was happening , Hilas with her cousin Earl Reeve Gallien went to the furthest town connected with Ivlares city, Helmfirth nothing a unusual , most of the town inhabitants go about their daily task and were mining their own business, children's were playing, and many worker at he factory owned by Earl Galthir Allannia was running smoothly as the general manager was known to be generous,

they hardly see the Earl anymore, since Duke Gilvores Dallmethad became crown Regent of Sheol, he randomly visits but never took time to stay and remained inside his office,

The town of Helmfirth was typical feudal lord territory, inhabited by various races, the majority were humans and halflings . The town was known for its bustling marketplace and skilled craftsmen, which attracted traders from far and wide, reaching even the Tridentum dukedom.

In addition to humans and halflings, Helmfirth was also home to a small community of elves who lived in the nearby forest.

They were skilled hunters and metalworkers, and their handcrafted goods were highly sought after in the town market. The elves had their own laws and customs, but they lived in harmony with their human and halfling neighbors, often trading goods and services with them. The town also had a small population of dwarves, who were known for their exceptional metalworking skills. The dwarves had their own district in the lower town, where they ran their businesses and crafted weapons and armor for the lord's army.

Life in Helmfirth was simple yet fulfilling. The people worked hard, tending to their crops and raising livestock, but they also knew how to enjoy the simple pleasures in life. Festivals and celebrations were a common occurrence in the town, with feasts, dancing, and music filling the streets. The town's tavern was a popular gathering spot, where people would gather to share stories and ale. The town's marketplace was always bustling with activity, with vendors selling a variety of goods, from fresh produce to handcrafted items.

Despite its idyllic appearance, Helmfirth was not without its challenges. The town was vulnerable to attacks from neighboring kingdoms. The nearby forest and open flat lands were also home to dangerous creatures, and the town's hunters often had to venture into the woods to protect the town from these threats. But despite these challenges, the people of Helmfirth were a resilient and resourceful bunch. Even though they faced so many problems they managed to stay alive, as numerous reports of missing people were reported by Earl Galthir Allannia, But since the death of his wife he gradually distanced himself from managing his territory and gave all authority to his loyal steward and right-hand man.

the knights that accompanied Hilas were just five not including Eiresti Nimwen Gallien her niece, as she was given a different task, the own was like any other town, but as they reach the very town boarder going into Earl Galthir Allannia land something was different, this was the same Feeling Hilas felt before.
