Chapter 7:
" My men would be here with some guards from the palace at dawn. Remember to act natural, The most important thing is not to say a single word till you leave the king's hall. A single word is enough to ruin everything"
" you're saying I will loose all the money if I say a single word?" Hatshepsut asked just to confirm again.
" Yes. That's what I meant when I said everything will get ruined"
" I've never done this in my life and I'm sure it's going be a hard job for me. But who knows, I might pull it out" Hatshepsut stated.
The boss paused for a while and stared at Him. His doubts for Hatshepsut increased the more. He sighed and stood to leave.
He paused and stared at Hatshepsut again. " you're sure you can do this job?" He asked worried of Hatshepsut's silliness.
"Yeah, I'm pretty sure I can do it. This shouldn't be hard for me at all" Hatshepsut replied.
The man nodded and took his leave. Hatshepsut instantly went back to his room and resumed his sleep.
The boss and his men left the house.
" you're sure He can handle the Job My Lord?"
"I do not know. He seems timid but something in me says he is the perfect man for the job".
Hatshepsut jerked up suddenly when he heard a noise in the room. He sat up and stared out through the window. It was almost dawn.
The candle light had died and he was in a dark room trying to find his way up and attend to the noise.
He headed for the door entrance. The door suddenly flung open and dozens of men trooped in holding swords and torches.
Hatshepsut was spooked for a while. "Who..who are you people.?" He trembled in fear.
"Oh, wait. It's you people..I have been waiting. Thought the man said you'll show up by dawn..but you.."
"Shut it!. Arrest him now!" One of the men yelled. Some strong men emerged and grabbed Hatshepsut.
They pinned his face to a wall and chained him. "Careful there gentlemen...woow, chains from Narubi are quite heavy" He blabbered non-stop as he was been dragged away and to the palace.
Boudica was in his room taking a peaceful nap until he had a nightmare. He saw himself on his throne and a masked man suddenly showed up with a sword.
They fought till their last breathe and Boudica ended up loosing to the stranger in the dream.
He woke up and stared around for a while. Boudica took his seat and got indulged into some deep thoughts.
"Who in this world is after The empire I built out of sweat, out of pain and blood!!?" Boudica yelled.
He lost it and ransacked his room in a matter of seconds. He stopped and was panting heavily.
A light knock came on the door. "Who is it!?" Boudica said with burning rage.
The door opened and his personal guard, Pericles walked in. Boudica sighed and took his seat back.
"i greet you my king. We have returned from the raid and caught the pepetrator" Pericles stated. Boudica instantly rose and rushed out.
Hatshepsut wore a big smile on his face as he was been led into the palace. The men escorting him held some bucket of white paint and a sword.
These were supposedly found in the pepetrator's house..or rather, Hatshepsut house.
They Entered the palace and Hatshepsut was made to kneel in the middle of the hall.
Louis showed up alongside some other men. The last son, Trajan showed up too not long after.
"Is this him?" Trajan asked.
Louis nodded in affirmation.
"Pass it to the king now.." Trajan said to the king's personal guard.
It Didn't take minutes for Boudica to show up with a tromented eye. He walked to his throne and took his seat feeling so impatient.
"Take the pepetrator to the king.." Trajan ordered the men. Hatshepsut was led closer to the king's throne and they made him kneel in front of the throne.
Boudica was feeling so uneasy. He stamped his feet so fast as he stared at Hatshepsut with so much contempt.
He cleared his throat and adjusted his coat. "You were the one who wrote the words on my walls"
Hatshepsut stayed still and just stared at the king like a brainless Animal...Boudica was confused. He cleared his throat to check if he was not audible enough.
"Did you write the words on my walls??" Boudica asked again and made himself more audible in-case the pepetrator Didn't hear him well the First time.
There was still no response from the pepetrator. Everyone in the room was shocked beyond words.
"Is he ignoring the king??" The men began to murmur.
"That is not possible, maybe he his mute.."
The rage in Boudica built more and he felt he was going to burn up in the inside in any second.
Louis walked over to Hatshepsut.
"The king asked you a question. Did you write the words on the walls?"
Hatshepsut stared at Louis closely. "Your voice sounds familiar.." He mumbled but was loud enough for everyone in the room to hear him.
"You can talk but dare ignore me!. How dare you!" Boudica rage increased the more. He lost it and rushed to Louis, grabbed his sword and slit Hatshepsut's throat.
Hatshepsut fell in front of everyone and bled to death instantly.
Louis's jaw drop in disbelief. Everything that just happened seemed like a dream. "My..my king..why did you.." He stammered.
Boudica left the hall instantly leaving everyone in the room in shock... almost everyone.
Louis's stood next to Hatshepsut body for a while as his brain processed the whole situation.
"clean this mess up" Louis left the hall for his chamber.
Aurora brightened up when the cell opened and some men walked in. They went to cells and freed all the prisoners.
" They've found the person they are looking for.." She thought to herself as the people all left.
The prisoners all left and the cell became silent again. Aurora sighed and rested her back on the wall.
She suddenly heard some footsteps.
