Chapter 4 - Romilda 2

Romilda had a very short afternoon sleep cause she didn't want to miss going to Lisa's house.

Lisa wouldn't want to talk to her again if she did so.

it was five thirty already so she did a few stretches on her body before going downstairs to find her dad sharing the cookies he bought, happy Romilda went to join them, greeting everyone who just pretended like she wasn't there.

Romilda's dad gave everyone sitting a cookie except her.

"Dad you haven't given me a cookie yet," Romilda notified him after seeing that he wanted to divide the remaining two when he has given double to everybody already.

"haa, take a look at someone that needs a cupcake," her dad said pointing the knife he was using to share the cookies with her.

"she doesn't know that these cookies are more expensive than her," Damion teased with the cookies stuffed in his mouth, as some were dripping to the table.

"Better get your ass out of here," her mom told her, as they all laugh at her,

Not wanting to receive more of their insult, she smiled and picked up her bag that was on the table, saying goodbye to everyone before shutting the door.

Lisa's house wasn't that far from their house so she was able to get there on time, the climate was quite equable and seasonable which made it much easier for Romilda to travel on foot.

'knock knock,' Romilda knocked on the front of Lisa's door as her mom came opening the door, she had a look of disgust on her face, like Romilda was the most disgusting shit she has ever seen.

'I don't blame her though, wolves of this pack with higher ranks love treating wolves lower than them with disgust, this is what I've been passing through since when I was born,' Romilda said to herself, forcing a smile on her face.

"Lisa told me to come," Romilda told her, as she said an ohhh opening the door further for her to come in, Romilda didn't get the stare from Lisa's mother alone, the rest of Lisa's family were looking at her like she just arrived from another planet.

"oh hey Ro.....," Lisa tried to remember Romilda's name, she does that sometimes.

"Romilda," Romilda reminded her rolling my eyes.

"ok, come to my room," she said, turning to leave, as romilda joined her.

"wait, wait, wait.., like you're going to have this girl pick a dress for you?" the mother asked taking a look at Romilda from head to toe.

"I mean I'm always the one doing the picking for you," she said still giving her an evil glare.

"last time you picked clothes for me mom, I almost suffocate, she picks a dress for me once and everybody complimented me, so she picks the dress today," Lisa told her mother, walking away to her room as Romilda followed her from behind, Lisa room was painted in baby pink with a king size bed in the middle of the room that was also dressed in a pink bed spray and has brown faux fur rugs placed on each side of the bed, the floor was tiled with white tiles that had a deep blueish black sprinkled on it.

"wow, Your room is a work of art, it is so beautiful," Romilda complimented, looking around Lisa's room in amazement.

"what do you expect, am the daughter of the most powerful Beta in the night Crystal pack, I deserve the best, you're a low-life omega that's why you can't have it," she snarled, flinging her hair backward.

although Romilda was hurt by what Lisa said she didn't express it out, this is not the first time someone told her that and obviously won't be the last, so she just smiled and shove it to the back of her mind.

Lisa opened her wardrobe to display the numerous pieces of clothing she has, removing three from all of them and dropping them on her bed.

"so I was planning on wearing one of these three, but I'm confused about which one to pick can you show me the one that will fit me the most," she explained to Romilda waiting for her to pick a dress for her.

"how about the yellow dress, it goes well with your red hair," Romilda told Lisa who picked it up to examine if it was true.

"you're sure?"

"I'm certain, you can also were a black pair of shoes, I'm sure you will look very stunning,"

"Okay, you can go now," Lisa said, carrying the other two dresses to the wardrobe no longer caring about Romilda's existence, Romilda stood there for a while before figuring out that she was no longer needed and began to leave.

.....

Lisa and her family were in the dining room with Alpha Bernard and his family, Her father Marion was the most powerful beta in the nightshade pack and was also the Alpha's right-hand side man, so dining with the Alpha wasn't a new thing for Lisa and her family.

"so what are you to do this weekend," Lisa said hoping to get Martin's attention, Martin was the alpha son and Lisa was hoping she would be his mate so she can become the future Luna.

"just the regular stuff, taking my Alpha training classes and other lectures," he responded focusing on his food.

"it sounds like you are going through a hard time," she said trying to look sincere.

"If you have time, we could go out together,"

"to where," he inquired curiously, finally looking at her which made her heart leap for joy.

"anywhere, just the two of us," she told him romantically, flickering her eyes,

"ok," he replied, making Lisa almost jump out of her chair

"how about your friend," Martin asked her

"Which one," she asked, looking at him curiously.

"Romilda,"

"that one, she is not my friend," she told him.

"thought you were her friend,"

"she is not my friend, why do you ask about her anyway," she inquired curiously.

"she seems to be going through a lot of stress lately," Martin told her

"That's what makes her an omega Wolf," Lisa told him filling annoyed that he was talking about Romilda.

"but isn't it the rank that differentiates every wolf in the pack," Martin told her, hoping she will get his point.

"I know what you're trying to say, but that's how it is," Lisa said pretending to feel pity too.

"When I become an Alpha, I will make sure to change that," he whispered to her, as she turned to the other side where nobody wasn't looking to reveal her eww face, before looking back at him.

"you will surely be a great Alpha, she told him but not sincerely, Martins was still happy about it, he was now viewing Lisa as a good person.

" Thanks for the encouragement,"

"don't mention," she told him, still thinking about Romilda, 'I'll make sure to show you your place Romilda,' she said to herself, smirking devilishly.
