"Rina-chan! And... Ayaka-nee san? What are you doing here? I thought you were busy." Erika is excited when her best friend, Rina, comes to visit her, but she is also confused as to why Ayaka, her best friend's big sister, came too because she is always busy with her work and got no time to spend time with Rina and always come back home late. "Hi, Erika-chan and Kai-san. I told my boss about this and she said that I can take a day off again to visit because she knew how it feels when your loved one got into the hospital, oh and she also told me to send you her greeting."
Her boss had lost her husband five years ago after being killed by one of her workers. She fired the murderer and was put into jail. Since then, she has never married again and wants to fully focus on the company as that is the only thing she has after his death since she can't have a child because her uterus is not hospitable for the fetus to grow and the percentage to success is less than 10 percent. "Hello, Rina-chan and Ayaka-san. I thought you wouldn't come since you are 30 minutes later than the promised time when you call me." They had a talk on the phone in the morning outside the patient's room when his sister was still sleeping. She said that she will come in the afternoon after having lunch and will bring a gift for her. But, she was 30 minutes late, making him wonder what happened.

Ayaka notices this but when she is about to open her mouth, a nurse comes. The nurse was Natalie and she comes as she promised.
"Hi, my name is Natalie and I will do a few check-ups on you before I report it to the doctor, okay Izanagi Erika? You know the procedures so it won't take long. Visitors, please move aside." She then does a few check-ups on her like checking her back since that is the place where she goes whipped, lighting her both eyes with a flashlight, and more. After done, she writes it on the paper for a few seconds. "Okay, everything is done. I'll let you know what time you will be discharged and... *She gets closer to her* You can tell me the reason, your brother, Kai, looks like a great brother and we had a talk about a few things because we might see each other again." She volume down her voice as she doesn't want anyone to hear what she told her.
Erika nods. Then, Natalie smiles and says that she will go since there are other patients she needs to check. "Kai-san, don't forget okay? Bye. Oh, and you two... " She looks at Rina and Ayaka. "Hi, My name is Miyamoto Ayaka, nice to meet you. ...Rina?" Rina sees the interaction between Kai, her crush, and Natalie, suspects something and she doesn't like that. She thinks she will take him away from her and she doesn't realizes that her sister calling her. "Eh, oh, sorry. My name is Miyamoto Rina and I'm Erika's best friend. Nice to meet you." *Bows*
"Ah, Miyamoto siblings. I'm sorry for your loss. I hope you are doing well." Almost everyone knew about the incidents regarding the loss of Miyamoto's head family. Many people were shocks when the news came. Some felt bad for them, some were happy because one of the most powerful families is felled. "Thank you." Both of them bow.
She says goodbye and goes to another patient. "She seems nice," Ayaka says. "Umm... Kai-nii san, what does she mean when she said don't forget if I may ask? You don't have to answer if it's personal." She says that but she still wants to know. He thinks to himself, wait, this is an opportunity to make her lose interest in me. I'll tell her the truth and then she will think badly of me and be done. I hope.
"Oh, it's nothing. She just told me to call her when I got time, you know, to talk. She gave me her number when we ate at the hospital cafeteria." He makes sure to include all those things that might trigger her. He thinks that this plan will be successful, but he is so wrong. Instead of losing interest, it makes her more eager to win him over every woman he met. That's included her sister, too. Without him knowing, she makes a plan on how to get him in love with her. Erika notices this and gets worried about how to make Rina lose interest but also doesn't want Rina to hate her. (Please don't hate me. I don't promote pedophilia.)
"Erika-chan~ do you want to see the gifts that we brought?" Ayaka, on the other hand, is totally clueless about what happened between them. Since she barely has time to hang out together, she doesn't have any information or clue when her younger sister asked him the question. Erika nods to her question, distracting herself from thinking about that. So, Ayaka gives her the gifts and she opens them. As the day goes by Erika opens all the gifts they sent. They are five totals and each of them is different from the others.
