Iustus simply stared at his head and then brought them up to his neck.
Unlike the old Gluttony, he remembered everything, he was still right in the middle of the desert, he jerked his head around, feeling light headed as he searched for something fearfully.
"Why the long face Iustus?" speaking as casually as ever, Ithelisemou had suddenly appeared right behind the young hero, sending him stumbling back and falling right onto the hot sand.
"Don't you dare touch me! What the hell are you?!" barely managed to spout Iustus as he was already struggling to regain his footing as all that was on his mind was the man in dark standing perfectly still.
"A human, I think that should be fairly obvious" he smiled with his pointy teeth, his eyes unblinking, Iustus could see his own figure in the man's eyes.
"No... You're a monster, no human could have done what you did!" shouted the young hero as he kept on walking away from Theli whilst maintaining eye contact but no matter what he did, it seemed like the monster's shape wasn't getting any smaller despite him not moving a milimeter.
"Oh, I understand, you are taken aback by the fact that I rewound time on such a large scale but that is achievable by mostly anyone if they put their mind to it" suddenly, only a single meter separated the both of them despite Iustus haven't done as much as blink when it happened.
Whatever words Iustus wanted to say were stuck in his throat.
"Now, Iustus, you can rejoice! You will become much more powerful and useful, though somethings will have to change" the virtuous hero tried to step back but he didn't move at all, he was forced to stand there, like a pig to the slaughter, unable to do anything to prevent its fate.
"Firstly, I'll call you IH from now on, oh, you wonder what it means do you? You are dying from curiosity what your new moniker will be, huh?" somehow, it felt like blood had stop circulating in his body, his vision was growing darker and darker as if the various suns overhead had all been covered in a swift instant.
He wasn't breathing anymore as each seconds seemed like days to him, Ithelisemou stepped slightly forward, he didn't even appear as anything coherent to Iustus eyes, he only saw him as a being beyond his comprehension.
He just couldn't conceive that this, illogical and immensely powerful being could be of the same species as him.
If he truly existed and wasn't a figment of Iustus's imagination, what had he been doing all of this time? In all of the years he had walked this world, what had he been up to? Never once had he even heard a thing about someone looking a slight bit like him.
How long had he been so powerful? Had he been living for centuries to achieve such power? millenniums? Even more or even more unfathomable, had he achieved this in a pesky human life?
Without even noticing anything, Iustus had already blacked out and had been sucked into a portal behind him, which Ithelisemou soon entered as well.
For the first time ever, Ithelisemou had used such a powerful spell without actually concealing it from those higher up in the sky.
A certain control obsessed god visibly shuddered despite having since long lost good knowledge of what was going on mortal plane, he was frozen in shock, convinced, much like the plethora of other deities, that someone was ascending but they quickly came to realise that this wasn't the case and were left with no good answer as to what happened beneath them.
"Hopefully, this doesn't have anything to do with Wrath's plan" reassured the god of control to himself but still speaking aloud as if his words could still be heard by the unspoiled carcasses of his angels.

Meanwhile, the virtuous hero, still alive and well had woken up strapped to a cold metallic table, surround by dark curtains and with an enormous light shining down on him, he was laying completely naked there and powerless.
Standing all around him were the figures dressed in white and grey, their faces obscured with mask and round goggles, each having a small, distinctive thing about them.
They all stood perfectly motionless, ignoring Iustus's attempts at breaking out or at speaking to them, they were like statues, not making any sounds or even seeming to be breathing at all.
Iustus was strapped in such a way that he couldn't move anything at all, save for his eyes and mouth.
After what seemed like an hour of this situation, another person, dressed in similar fashion to them that was slipping large and long black gloves on, this one's demeanor was completely different, it could only be one person.
"Ithelisemou!" yelled out Iustus and the masked figure simply walked up to him as the crowd of statue-like beings started moving around like ants at work, pushing carts filled with clean and shiny objects or syringues amongst other things Iustus couldn't recognise.
"It is me, Ithelisemou, are you perhaps feeling uncomfortable? Do not worry, I will remove whatever makes you dislike this feeling without actually erasing it, it is important information to know after all" he said calmly right as the crowd came to a stop, ready to assist Theli into his endeavor.
Without any word being spoken, one of the assistants, put a muzzle into Iustus's mouth as another one handed a scalpel to Theli.
Two on each side grabbed two tall and thin objects on wheels, each had what appeared to be vials hanging from them, filled with a blood-red liquid, each of the vials had tubes ending with a thin needle.
They jammed the needles inside of his arms and the liquid went right in, slowly seeping into his body and painfully destroying his blood, replacing it.
Without any hesitation, Ithelisemou sliced open his chest, forcing a muffled scream out of him but that was nothing yet, the liquid allowed him to be destructive, Theli was given another objects, which he used to scrap the skin and muscles of Iustus's chest off down to the bones.
He carefully removed each ribs and gave them to another assistant who took them away.
Then, an even worse part arrived as each of Iustus's organs were slowly and meticulously removed without him being allowed to die or fall unconscious from the pain, he was wide awake for the whole procedure and he would be for all that would come after this.
