"How are you now?" Regan asked worriedly when Aletha finished her doctor's examination.
"Slightly better."
"I'm grateful!" The panicked look on Regan's face gave way to relief.
"Can I go home right now Doc?"
"Yes, but you have to rest a lot at home."
"OK." Aletha smiled happily because she didn't need to stay overnight.
Regan then took her home after that.
"Do you already know Mommy's condition?" Ask Aleta.
Regan shook his head reluctantly, he was still very disappointed in his father.
Aletha snorted and said again, "You should ask Reva, poor Mommy."
"Aletha, my parents treat you badly now, why are you still nice to them?"
"I can't just forget their kindness back then."
a smile of pride and emotion spread across Regan's face.
He then stretched out his hand to gently hold Aletha's hand.
"I did not choose the wrong wife."
Aletha looked down shyly and smiled.
