MY legs hurried faster as I spotted the dungeon door creaking in afar even if the dragon's chase indeed slowed me down there would be no one that would have dared to challenge the boss this quick, 'NO! If it were her, she would have definitely done it!'

The door got wide open due to my push and contrary to my expectations, I found myself bumping into a gorgeous girl, "Wow, it wasn't even Darcy, I was pretty damn sure it would have been that meathead."

The loud shriek made me look up at the sky, there the griffin was staring at me with a face filled with angriness, 'This is messed up! I thought of killing the boss before it takes advantage of its wings, but now it no longer seems an option for me!'
There was also a deadweight on my hands everything was very great, carrying the fainted woman I quickly escaped a few steps back, 'Yeah! I knew it. He won't come near the exit or exit the boss room since he became a mob once he tries to do so!'

Even if I have a 90% damage reduction buff, there is no way I can survive a combined whirlpool attack of the griffin.
The wings swished forward and heeding the command both the typhoons quickly rushed toward me, as I watched the whirlpool destroying the dungeon walls and flying at me with ferocity the griffin was grinning as if I am already dead.

Parallel to my declaration, a red necklace with a blue colored pendant at the center appeared on my hands, "It's all yours!"
As I said at the time the whirlpools appeared right in front of me however instead of crashing into me the whirlpool disorted and it got directly absorbed into the pendant held by me now it was my chance to grin at the griffin.

Surprised the griffin let out a low growl as if it's threatining me, to tell the truth if it uses any magic attacks for the second even the Heaven's Cresent will be helpless.
'Although I am gald I had picked up this in the library, it has an 24 hours cool down.'
With no time to waste I retrived my sword, 'Basic form! Mardani 3rd sequence!' I wasn't very much knowledgable in sword arts that teach has been teaching me for the past few weeks so I decided to stick with what i had learnt previously, "Let's go all out!"

I didn't jump instead I sprinted towards my opponent since it's skill [Flight] should coming to an end soon and as I had predicted by the time I reached the spot, "Take this."

However, the reason I am fighting iit in close quarts id due to my spells being weaker than that of the griffin's, 'If I start to fight like an wizard the griffin will absolutely over power me with it's spells!'

Similiar to my force shield, the griffin had also activated a mana barrier however it was several times weaker than mine, 'Is it because it's primary attribute is set on the offensive play?'
Compared to the goblin hero who was stacked up with over powered defense, this griffin was completely in contrast.
Finally, after a series of blows the mana barrier was severley cracked and the same can be told to my force shield, "Wait, are you trying to get back to air now! I won't let you do that so easily."
I jumped and clutched on to it's wings with my sword, my blade pireced deep as we ascended up but when I looked at it's expression it was...simling.
'We are, falling! If I am underneath the griffin I will be crushed for sure...so that's it plan huh!'
This bastard was very cunning, for his plan he even sacrificied his wing. I looked at the ground and predicted the spot we will be falling, 'Well, but this plan is so lame. Did that bastard forget I am mage?' just as we are about to crash into the ground I said, "Create hole!"
Instantly a small hole deformed the ground and I was directly dropped into the pit, "Keugh...my legs has taken impact!"
My lower limbs were numb, however the griffin was lying above since it's size was so huge it had fully covered oopeneing but it was displaying it's whole abdomen for me to attack, "Earth prison!"
My spell worked perfectly and trappped the griffin form escaping out of my attcak range, "Water lance!"

My oppoenet was giving it's final strugggle as I secured myself to a spot where I won't be drenched by it's blood like the previous time, 'Sigh...now the mater of recovering the eggs is left!'
