The next day:
It's about five o'clock in the morning, Tolo kicks Keans room door wide open. A now drowsy and startled Kean jumps off his bed yelling "who's there!".
"Shut up, bro. It's too early to be loud", Tolo says in a calm voice. In his right hand a drowsy Kinea being held by his collar.
"Come with me, it's time for training",he says.
Tolo takes the twins to an open valley next to the castle and tells them "Spiritual energy amplifies one physically, mentally and supernaturally".
"And to properly use such power, training is needed. I am here to train you to become strong".
"So what's first", Kinea says.
"Meditate", Tolo replies before then going into a siting position and closes his eyes.
The twins then copy what he has done, Tolo then stretches his hands to them saying "To properly egnite your spiritual energy, I will give you some of mine so you can cultivate it on your own".
A white ball of energy then comes from Tolo's hands into the twins.
They feel a light pain at theirchest but keep their concentration none the less, their body begins to glow a mild blue.
"Good, you two have started cultivating yours and unlocking your spiritual energy", Tolo says.
Five hours later and the two boys are on the ground exhausted, "Why are we so tired?" Kean questions.
"Because you have meditated, which takes a lot of energy. Come with me it's time for breakfast", Tolo replies.
The boys go into a dinning room, it had a long wodden table that had been decorated with red robes. A mountain of food laid in front of the King, who was at large end.
The dinning room was decorated like the Kings Palace but without other furniture and window.
"Come now boys, I almost started without you", King Logan says.
The boys then sit down and the King raises a drink proclaiming "Oh great gods of the world, bless our food with your power!!".
"What are these gods you talk about?", Kinea asks.
"They are the creators and protectors of the world, Zeus, Cronus, Oden. They are the gods", he replies.
"gods are nothing but a myth, I don't know why the old man believes so hard in them", Tolo says.
"Come on now, Tolo. Don't be a doubter", King Logan replies.
The four of them finish their food and Tolo takes the boys back to training.
"Now you two are gonna be doing combat training with me", Tolo says.
"So we're gonna be doing this exhausting medication and fighting?! Isn't that a bit far", Kean complains.
"Your opponents are miles stronger than you with more experience if you were to fight now, you would lose",he replies in a stern voice.
"But when I'm done with you, you'll be strong enough to fight for your father".
Tolo then begins to change into a fighting stance with his left leg and right hand forward and his right leg and left hand backwards as he says "If you want to save your father, then come at me with all you have!!".
The twins looked at each other and then back at Tolo, they then said "If that's what it takes".
"We'll give it our all!!".
The twins rush at Tolo attacking him from his sides. Kinea goes for a strong punch and Kean a kick but are both stopped by Tolo's arms.
He then dashes backward and is bombarded with attacks from them, in which is able to easily dodge.
He then kicks Kean in the stomach sending him flying to a tree, breaking it upon impact. He then punches Kinea in the stomach sending him into another tree, breaking that as well.
The twins begin to cough and pant from the battle while holding their stomachs.
"Get up, we aren't finished",Tolo says.
The twins then sluggishly get up and get ready to go again.
By sunset, the twins are exhausted. Laying on the ground panting and sweating.
Tolo stands tall putting his hands in his pocket, saying"Stand tall, brothers. Today you have started a journey, a journey that will lead you to your utmost goals. This will be our everyday routine but as for now, we rest".
A few days later, After they finish their breakfast. Tolo calls them over telling them "Well boys, we have a mission".
Tolo stretches his hands and opens a portal, he then goes through it.
The twins look at each other and then back at the portal. "Come on!" Tolo says from the other side.
The twins then follow him through it and they see an old three-story abandoned factory. On closer inspection, it's the regular world as seen by the buildings and roads.
"Are we really in the normal world?",Kinea asks.
"Yes, so stay close. It's dangerous, we have a rescue mission", Tolo says.
"What kind?", Kinea asks.
"A girl is on the verge of death and we have to help her", Tolo explains.
"So we have to save her life? sounds easy enough", Kinea says.
The boys walk in and make their way up the stairs, to the third story. The factory was emptied from all equipment and facilities but what intrigued them was the trail of blood from the entrance to the top.
A girl with long black hair, brown tired eyes wearing a large tartered white shirt was seen laying on the floor with blood coming from her mouth and right arm which stained her shirt, she was bruised badly.
She was panting softly trying to catch her breath, she then stretched her left hand to them. She was shaking, Tolo runs over to her, holds her hand and checks her pulse.
His eyes and the girl glow a bright green as he tries to heal her but to no avail.
Her body then stops moving as she slumps and dies.
Tolo then darts back to the twins saying "New mission boys, exterminate the demon".
Beside the girl, a complete replica of her is seen with completely black large eyes, pale skin and a giant grin.
"Umm…Tolo what's happening right now?!", Kean says.
"Well you see, when a human dies an unfulfilled, negative life filled with suffering. Instead of dying and joining us in the spirit realm, they turn into demons and since we were too late to save her. We have to destroy her soul", Tolo explains.
The boys then adjust to a fighting stance as Kinea asks "Isn't there a way to save her?".
"Sadly, no. This is the order of things", he replies.
The demon then begins to rapidly clone itself, her hands become giant claws and turn black in colour and her grin turns to a huge smile.
They dash at them, they dodge most of the attacks. One of them then dashes to Kinea. He uses his arms to block but his arms are caught off by a single slash, she then stabs him as he falls to the floor and faints.
Another dashes at Kean goes through his legs and behind him, cutting off his right leg and slashes his back. Blood splatters everywhere and he falls to the floor and also faints.
The twins wake up inside a small apartment, dirty dishes in the sink, dusty and broken floors and old furniture but what the twins could hear clearly was a sound.
Screaming, shouting and hitting. All coming from a room in front of them, they look at each other and start slowly walking towards the room.
The room was empty, all they could see was a middle age man was beating the young girl with broken bottles beside them. She was screaming in pain yelling "Father, father!!".
The man had brown hair with grey eyes and a brown beard. He yelled "Your the cause, you bitch!".
The girl appears behind them tapping both their shoulders, they turn back and see her smiling sheepishly at them.
She then walks to her couch, sits on it and pats it signifying for them to sit down.
When the boys sit down she begins to tell them of her life, saying "She grew up with only her dad as her mom died at a young age, leaving her with only him. He was a good man until his factory failed.He lost everything and lead to a life of gambling and drinking then he started harming his own daughter".
"After she couldn't take it anymore, she ran away but got into a car accident which left her injured. She then retreated to her dads old factory, where she played as a child with her beloved father"
"How this world can be cruel, she hadn't even clocked the age of ten yet".
"Why?!".
"Why are you saying it like he wasn't your father?!", Kinea says while holding back tears.
"Because a man who would harm his own flesh and blood, is no father", she says in a calm voice.
Kean bowed his head, covering his eyes says "The world truly is cruel".
"Yes, it is. You two however have the ability to save them", she says.
She then gets up and looks at them with pride, smiling at them saying "You are the ones who will defeat the demons and bring balance to the world and it's people. For you are The Saviours Of Humanity".
The boys then wake up outside the factory and see Tolo burying a corpse.
Their injuries were healed and they went over to Tolo.
"Did you kill..", Kean inquires.
Tolo simply looked at them and nodded, tears slowly run down their cheeks.
"Such, is the devils curse. Once you don't die at peace, you destroy the world as a monster", Tolo says.
He then smiles saying "Chin up, boys. If you want to end the curse then you know what must be done".
"Saviour Of Humanity?", Kinea quietly says.
