Just like that, Mio began to answer more questions from everyone, but it took her a whole 2 hours to finally get to the last one as even though she kept answering them, they just seemed to come up with other questions for her, all of them were beginning to be repetitive. So for that kind of person, she just ignored them since she basically answered them, and when she finally got to the last person, she was taken back to see Najin being the last person.
"Why are you there? I thought Solar already explained to you the situation. Don't tell me there is still something that you don't understand?" Yuki leaned her body to the podium as she looked at Najin in clear interest, in contrast, he looked away because he was having a clear view of her cleavage, but at this point, it seemed that he was the only one affected by it. So he just coughed in embarrassment before asking his question.
"She already explained it to me in full detail, don't worry. But there is something that I want to know, well actually two. First, you said that you wanted to attack them after 2 years, so I'm assuming that you have a way to get there? Because just as you said, Detroit Galaxy is very far. Lastly… What are our chances of winning, it seemed that everyone was avoiding this question, but I'll ask now. In your experience of battling the Gates, do you think that we can win?" Najin asked in a serious tone as he looked at Mio.
When everyone heard his question, their hearts skipped a beat because no one wanted to ask the question, especially Najin's last question. They believed that it might be better to stay ignorant at a time like this because if they heard that their chances of winning were slim, it would only lower their morale even further. So charging in blindly might even be a better choice for them.
Everyone was tense as they waited for their Goddess to say something because she just had been quiet the whole time, but when they saw that her carefree and indifferent attitude disappeared, and was replaced with a more serious and cold one, they felt something was wrong, all of them felt something ominous even.
"Well going there is extremely easy. In one of my Gate Explorations, probably around 600 years ago I came across something." Mio said as she took out something from her Storage Ring.
As everyone watched her, they saw a black flag with gold markings around it, and the fact that it had a strange aura around it that seemed even ominous, everyone felt uncomfortable. Even the strongest people there weren't able to escape the ominous feeling, it was as if they were back on the bloody battlefield that they had already left years ago. Some had a strange reaction to it while others simply ignored it as they were just too used to it in the beginning.
"This is a Flag that allows me to teleport to anywhere as long as I have been there and sent a checkpoint of some sort, and since I already have one there I can easily set up a portal," Mio said as she then gave them an example by opening a portal that goes straight into the same Gate that they were talking about.
Everyone then saw a better look at the Monster Civilization there and what they saw made their skin crawl in fear because of how terrifying it was. It was just like what their Goddess had said, they had built their own Civilization that could even rival their own.
"See? It only needs to feed off my Blood to make it work because this Flag is rather special, but enough of that. You, no rather all of you wanted to know what are our chances right? Well if I were to say what are the current chances of the way we are right now, we only have about 30% chance, and that is me being generous. A High part of that is because we are more versatile and have a better experience, especially for someone like me, Solar, Najin, Saito, Lisa, Rex, the Yin & Yang Twin, Ijin, Nayeon, Iris, Huo Fang, Yu Lei. These people are the only ones who have unmatched experience." Mio answered truthfully as she even listed out names of people.
No one was shocked by the people that she mentioned as those people are the pinnacle of Earth, no one can match up to them except for themselves. All of them were strong beyond imagination and they were a variety because if one were to guess that all of them were Attack Class, they would be wrong. four of them were Support while two were Tanks.
As for those who didn't get their names mentioned, they can only grit their teeth and clench their teeth, because even though they know that they can't match up to those people even to the Supports, their pride wouldn't let them be.
"So the real reason why I mentioned all of them… is because I want them to teach people based on their Class, if we can train enough people we can have more than 80% chance of winning against them. That I can guarantee you." Mio said in all seriousness as she looked over to the people that she mentioned.
"I'm sorry to ask this. But what are we gonna get? You do realize that teaching people will take a lot of time, right? Also, we need to consider their Talents too since that would always be the biggest factor." Nayeon raised her hand as she didn't really want to ask this, but she felt that she had to, to which the other people accepted it. Even Mio's own friends had to agree with Nayeon's words.
"I just need 1000 people from each of you and you can even choose them, whether they came from the streets, academy, or anywhere. I don't care, as long as you see them fit, it would be great. But to really answer your question, each one of you can pick from my own personal Treasury of Weapons, Armor, Potion/Elixirs, and Runes to get, and it is one of each." Mio said as she snapped her fingers and showed them her personal treasury and even though it was just a fraction of what she really owned, it was enough to make all the people look over in shock.
Even the strongest and richest Family doesn't even have any treasure that can match up to what Mio just showed them, and because of this they are not tempted because they are not just getting one treasure, but it is multiple. To say that their Goddess was being generous is an understatement and just as they were about to agree because that offer was simply too good, they heard Mio open her mouth again, and her next words cause another silence to everyone.
"That is not all if you accept my conditions… I will remove the restrictions that you all have. The Highest Rank is not Tier 1. But Spirit Lord, it's weird but that is the real Ranking System. For your information, I'm Spirit Lord that is why I'm very powerful to the point where no one can match up to me because I'm a whole 3 Rank ahead of everyone." Mio said and this is something that just came up to her because she was just given a special quest from her Master.
