RAWR!!!!!!!!!!
The loud, ear piercing roar of the dreaded Deep Sea King reverberated through the sky.
Its loud roar sent shockwaves everywhere causing avalanches and hills to crash while its flaying tail smacked the water surface repeatedly.
The tidal waves it caused was akin to tsunamis that flooded towards the land shore. Nevertheless, no matter how high the tsunamis were, they were firmly blocked by the incomparably tall mountain range that seemed capable of overlooking the world.
The tsunamis crashed against the mountain side but apart from some shaking, it was unable to cause any damage.
On one side was the boundless sea, vast and limitless
And on the other, Mount Tilvan, the tallest mountain in this world, Firm and Immoveable. Two extreme sides of nature stood directly opposing each other.
The Deep Sea King's roar ended, its gaze was placed at the top of the mountain peak with a hint of wariness and fury lurking within it.
Meeting its glare, on the peak that stood above the world was a young man with flawlessly tanned skin and two crystal blue eyes. The long robe he wore was a mixture of black and white created beautifully in a form to represent yin and yang.
"Riuos! I know you can understand me. After one thousand years, this is the last straw".
Elyan said irritatedly as he dug his finger into his ears.
Fuck! This overgrown sea squid was too loud. Hadn't it learnt its lesson sixty years ago when it came out the last time? Who was he trying to intimidate with that annoying roar?
The Sea monster in front of him was truly too large. Over twelve thousand meters tall, God knows how many feet wide, and hundreds of razor sharp tentacles at it's disposal.
Simple put, it was an abomination made for Mass destruction.
The Deep Sea King was a terrifying calamity class creature with the ability to induce natural disasters. With the powerful aura it emitted, Elyan had battled this legendary creature on this same spot many times in the past thousand years
'A thousand years huh?' Elyan thought to himself without much expression. After living for so long, the passage of time had long been forgotten by him.
His face grew solemn as he looked at the giant behemoth of a creature protruding out of the ocean. This creature was so powerful that its size and height had almost caught up to mount Tilvan.
Destroying cities would require nothing more than the swing of a tentacle.
Yet facing such a creature, he didn't even have a trace of worry on his countenance.
Here, thousand of warriors fought everyday, thousands of geniuses were brought into this world and thousands more died with one goal left unfulfilled.
Every last one of them wished to see the pinaccle... The peak of their current world....and the dream of standing in his very place.
As the world's first and only Martial War Saint, it was only normal that his strength and status would be so highly coveted.
On his birthdays, emperor's of empires, rulers of Nations and rising powerhouses would all converge to pay respects to him.
Just the mere mention of his name would induce respect deep within whoever heard it, be it admirer or adversary.
The sea behemoth grew silent for a moment, it's eyes glaring at him in a very human like manner. Throughout the entirety of its existence, this human had proved to be it's greatest adversary.
Hearing Elyans words, it grew furious and unleashed another loud roar. This time, Elyan looked at it blankly with a nonchalant expression.
The next moment, several large tentacles rapidly enlarged in his vision at extremely fast speeds.
The air resistance was torn apart as dozens of tentacles followed each other to attack a single location with incredible might. This blow on its own was powerful enough to shatter half of the mountain with ease.
BANG! BANG! BANG! BANG!
BANG! BANG!
However, the expected mountain collapse didn't happen. Instead, the tentacles that advanced at a terrifying speed suddenly bounced back after a few dozen loud bangs. As if meeting an invisible dome, the tentacles rebounded, unable to come within twenty feet of the mountain peak.
ROAR!!!!!
A furious roar escaped from the Sea Behemoth as it's attack was so easily repelled. It glared at the tiny human standing on top of the mountain with cold killing intent.
The only thought roaming through its head at the moment was how to squish this human into meatpaste.
Strong air currents flowed around the mountain and the wind blew frantically.
"Hehehe! I was injured under that old trick once. It's not gonna work a second time". Elyan said with apparent indifference.
He had fought this monster more than a dozen times. Although every fight ended up in a draw, he was injured many times during those fights. The successive attacks of multiple tentacles was one move he failed to guard against in the past.
It naturally wouldn't work again.
Without saying another word, Elyan snapped his fingers causing the air to move. The defensive barrier he had created using the wind instantly broke apart and thousands of heavily condensed wind blades appeared in its place.
"Go!" As he said softly, thousands of wind blades flew forward and bombarded the sea creatures body. Seeing the incoming attack, the behemoth growled in anger and a blue aquamarine light shone from it's humongous tail.
The water from the Sea flew up and surrounded the behemoth in a water shield. Bombarded by thousands of wind blades, it didn't dare to take all of them head on.
There was definitely no way it would be able to escape unscathed with the amount of Mana those blades possessed within them.
And so, the wind blades smashed against the water shield with the latter holding firm.
"Hehe! You aren't the only with water manipulation, remember?" Before the rain of wind was over, the deep sea king heard Elyans mocking voice.
Standing on the mountain, Elyans hands moved in a blur as he created several complicated hand seals. Driving his Mana into his hands, the seals seemed to come to life and gave off a pristine blue glow.
Water Manipulation!
The ability possessed by Espers to manipulate the innate elements of the world to their liking. Provided they have enough Mana and affinity to power their creations.
"From Mornings Dawn To Dusk At
Night.
Answer My Call, Flood Dragons
Might!"
With a loud shout, the blue light shot forward into the sea. Followed by a flash of blue, the waters burst upward as if it suffered an explosion.
RAWR ! ! !
A mighty roar sounded as the waters floated into the air and condensed, forming the shape of a gigantic flood dragon.
The majestic water dragon raised it's head to the skies and roared arrogantly as if to portray it's glorious arrival.
This was one of the many saint skills Elyan had personally developed over the many years he lived.
[Sea Flood dragon's Summon (Saint Level Skill): Summons a powerful flood dragon created entirely out of water and your Mana. The length of its existence depends on how much Mana you put into it]
As the flood dragon appeared, the sea king behemoth suddenly felt a burst of crisis. This was the same move this despicable human used to defeat it the last time they battled.
Without any further scruples, its whole body began to light up with a bright blue light.
The light shone from its tail, them spread to every part of its body, quickly rising to the head. The area around the throat muscles turned abnormally blue and blazing ferocity could be seen in it's eyes as it's head tilted back a bit.
All of this happened in an instant.
Elyan saw this scene and frowned slightly before launching the water dragon by pushing his hands forward.
At that moment, an icy chill spread through the place and the temperature plummeted sharply.
SHRIEK!!!!!!!!!
The Deep sea king suddenly opened its mouth and pushed forward. A rather large, extremely thick and bitingly cold beam shot out of its mouth, the size of a comet.
Elyans eyes widened in shock. The beam of cold energy collided with the water dragon and a blinding explosion formed after both attacks reached a stalemate.
The energy beam overpowered the water dragon and charged forward with a large portion of its power reduced.
BOOM!
The earth shook with a fierce earthquake, cliffs shattered and portions of the earth split in two, creating large chasms towards darkness.
Thousands of miles away, the earth trembled vigorously in all directions. The seas which were extremely chaotic roared even louder.
Minutes later, the trembling stopped and the seas returned to their original calmness.
A few more seconds passed before a humongous shadow appeared on the surface of the water.
[SFX of a giant monster appearing from the ocean]
The shadow revealed itself as a gigantic head pushed out from the waters. It's full body was revealed as the behemoth stood in place albeit cutting a miserable figure.
The waters it emerged from were polluted with vast amount of blood. It's skin was cracked and littered with large gashes in which more blood flowed in torrents.
As for it's tentacles, more than eighty percent was gone. The hideous looking beast had become even more terrible looking as one of it's eyes was gone.
Yet it didn't even seem to notice as it's gaze was fixed in one direction.
In front of its gaze, Mount Tilvan, the tallest mountain in the world.... Was gone.
