Marcos POV:
Every day is the same: get up, go to the gym, have a shower, do work, eat breakfast, go to school, do more work then go out clubbing until 2am. But no matter what differences the day has, it's overall structure is still the same so that bitch always knows where to find me. She texts me as soon as I wake up, calls multiple times while I'm at the gym, sends another text asking me to call her when I get out of the shower, calls my sister to talk to me while I'm working and waits until I get to school to try clinging on my arm at every chance she gets. She waits for me to finish work until I go out where she waits for me at whatever club she finds I'm going to in a revealing, bright red dress that leaves almost nothing to the imagination. I hate her, she won't piss off!
I got to the table for breakfast when my sister says to me "Jenna didn't call today". What. She always calls. Without fail, that's one of the things about her that infuriates me. "Did you kill her?" My sister, Safia, is my favourite person, she can be annoying but she is my best friend. "I wouldn't blame him" Teo piped up, My older brother, so infuriating, he's never NOT annoying and I don't think I've ever heard him be sincere about anything, it's all sarcasm. "No I didn't kill her." I said calmly "Shame" added Diego, my oldest brother, who will inherit the business, I've looked up to him my whole life and he definitely has more common sense than Teo. "Why didn't you date Jenna when she first asked?" Safia has always been curious about our love lives, "how many reasons do you want?" I asked her. "Top three" she said after a few seconds, "ok, first of all, she's an attention seeking bitch, second, she just wants money and finally, I don't believe in love, it's a waste of time" I finished. "Other than the third reason that you give for rejecting EVERY girl that asks you out" she said with a sigh. "it's probably something like the fact that she wants the popularity and the power that comes with dating him, she asked me out too." Teo was right for once. "I'm going to school" I left the room quickly to get my stuff for school.
"Marcos" I heard my father's voice from the stairs, " have a good day at school mi hijo (my boy)" he said, " lo haré papá (I will dad)" I answered as I grabbed my keys and ran out the door to my custom RAM truck. Safia followed me out and got in for me to drop her off to her high school, an all-girls school with a uniform she hated, but decided to wear because she enjoyed it there. I parked my truck and walked towards the school, ignoring the usual whispers of blushing girls when I saw two brightly coloured sports cars and a Range Rover a few spaces away from mine. An orange Lamborghini Adventor and a green BMW M5. I didn't know anyone here had those. Wouldn't be surprised if Jenna had a sugar daddy and that one of them was hers though.
We have an assembly before home room so I headed into the hall and sat down, my best friend Lucas came and sat next to me, " They'll probably just go on and on about how we should be nice to each other or telling us smoking is bed and that you shouldn't do it" he said while pulling out a big bag of Doritos, "yea, probably" I laughed. The principal walked out to the front, pale and round with a receded hairline and thick glasses, he looks sort of like a chipmunk. Lucas was right, he started talking about how we should all be polite and respectful students, etc. About 5 minutes before it was supposed to end, he called someone up to the front, 2 new kids. One was about 5'5 with thigh length black hair and emerald green eyes, all the guys were practically drooling and the girls not sure whether to do the same or be jealous. She was gorgeous, no feelings there but she looked good, I'll give her that. The other girl was taller, about 5'9 with shoulder length brown hair and brown eyes, she had a serious look on her face. Principal Krupke introduced the shorter girl as Aisling, and the taller girl as Eve, he said they just moved from England, and he told us we had to be nice to them and make them feel welcome. " All of you make sure she feels welcome, not just to the school, but to the country as well, it must be a very scary experience." The bell rang and everyone got up and ran to class.
I walked to homeroom with Lucas, and we sat down at the back of the room. As the seats started filling up Mr Davids came in and stood behind his desk and everyone went quiet. "As you know the school has some new students, Aisling and Eve will be part of your homeroom class. Girls, why don't you tell us something about yourselves?" Neither of them said anything. "Eve how about you go first?" She sighed, "I'm Eve, and I lived in Birmingham until recently." didn't seem like she wanted to be here, I don't blame her. "Ok, now you Aisling." I don't think that's the sort of thing he was looking for, "I'm Aisling and I'm from Ireland but lived in Las Vegas then England and now I live here" she said with a fed up look on her face. There was an awkward silence before Mr Davids finally spoke "Ok you two, there are two spare seats at the back next to Lucas and Marcos" he said. They both walked towards the back of the class. They sat down on the other side of Lucas and Ezra leaned over and whispered "You guys are so lucky, they're so hot." Before I could say anything, Jenna walked in.
