Chapter 46 - Hardly criminal

I stopped by the mythic dawn museum. I needed the last piece of the razor. I wouldn't create the razor just yet. However I needed all the parts. Entering the museum Silus Vesuius perked up, "Greetings! Are you here for the Mythic Dawn Museum. As you can see we ha-"

I grabbed him by the throat. "Give me the keys to the display case."

He struggled, "Arghk! Wh-Who are you?"

I threw him to the ground and pressed my boots against his chest. "i don't think that matters when it comes to daedra worshippers. Give me the key." I drew the oathblade to his throat. "or you will lose your life."

He pulled the key out of a pocket and I took it. I stared at him through my helmet. This was why I added the moving face plate. "You should let the past die, some are not as kind as myself. Do you honestly believe Mehrunes Dagon the prince of destruction. A being who conquers other daedric realms, but tried to place a foothold on Nirn. Would let someone as feeble as you obtain his razor?"

He looked down in shame, and I unlocked the display and grabbed the sheath. Leaving the museum in a swift motion. As I left I searched through my inventory. With the belt of many effects... Actually I think I am just gonna called it the Belt. I doubt I'd get a second unique belt so.

With the Belt, I know had a bit of a reason to hunt down certain items. I had a few items in mind, but for now... I took out the Circlet of Clavicus Vile. With my new armor I couldn't wear it very well. So with the belt, "Store!"

The circlet vanished and I obtained the effects of the circlet once more. I could store the wabbajack in the belt. However truth be told it wasn't as useful as the Skull of corruption, which is surprising. I could put the rings in it. However I had 10 fingers so that left items I couldn't normally wear.

I left Dawnstar, I didn't need to stay for anything. The Pale had no major quests except for the two daedric quests. Actually, he completed the Pale blade quest. I pulled out the oathblade on habit, but I checked the enchantments between the oathblade and the pale blade. The Oathblade did more base damage while the pale blade had a better enchantment.

I will switch to using the pale blade over the oathblade. Besides the oathblade needed to recharge and I didn't care enough to do that. I equipped the sword to my side. I marched through the snow.

-----Pov switch----

I arrived at the Snowpoint Beacon by the next morning. Vek, that stupid bastard. If it wasn't for that stupid contract I wouldn't let me humiliate me like this. Despite still being a werewolf I managed to light a fire. So if I shift back I shouldn't freeze at least.

My ears twitched as I heard foot steps in the snow. Bandits maybe? I moved out of line of sight of the door way. I heard the footsteps stop. Someone spoke, "You smell that? Wood burning. You think its more bandits?"

I perked up, so bandits were here before? Did they take them out? They took a step forward. They whispered to each other. "You hear anything?"

A second voice responded, "No, They either heard us approaching or left to get more fire wood."

The first one spoke again. "You don't think they found it?"

Found what? Did they hide something here? I looked around the small tower. I didn't check upstairs, could it be there? Agh, so many questions. I perked up as they took a step forward. "Stay alert, other wise Adwin will have our heads."

If they enter I may need to kill them. They might be friendly though! This was the meeting place Vek told me about. I breathed out, they seemed to hear it. They drew their swords, I could hear the short glide of metal.

I listened closely to their footsteps. One of them stepped into view and he had a goldish green armor on. I bit down on his neck and crushed it. The other one gasped. He turned around, "I have to report this!"

He stayed calm, they were trained. I ran after him and jumped on to him slamming my claws into his back ripping it open. I inspected their armor. I knew the moment I saw their armor. These guys were Thalmor. I stared down at the body and shook my head. I'll leave it there for now.

I should look for whatever they were talking about. They hid something, I just had to... uh well sniff it out. I guess searching for a similar smell to these elves may help. "I'll start with that, and then Vek will have no choice to praise me."

I paused, that was the wrong way to phrase that...
