---This is a character summary chapter.---
I was stopped on the road leaning on Odine. "Why are you writing things down after staring into space for a bit."
I decided to ignore Odine. How would I explain the system like Journal. I continued writing things down from the system Journal to my own paper Journal. I started it with my name and continued it into the sections.

Looking over my spells I smiled at Camouflage. Falion gave me it to alter my clothes. My vampire armor was mostly black still. However thanks to Camouflage I was able to alter it and made the inner portion white. I also changed Movarth's boots to match my armor. I could still alter the color freely too. I just need to use the spell.
I didn't include the varying gems, scrolls and potions I had. I also didn't include the fact I now had this stupid tree. Who has only talked about what I was doing and how it wants me to move faster. I closed my now physical journal. I'd go through all my skill trees at a later date. I had to get a move on. I was almost at Solitude and I wanted to complete the quest Hidden Instincts.
Maxis stopped me at the gates. "Vek? Is that you? What is with the tree?"
I shrugged, "it is the magic kind. I will say, the sap is addictive. So if you see anyone drinking sap from the thing just fucking arrest them. I'm gonna leave it by the Castle Dour."
He nodded, "Gotcha, I'll trust you know what you are doing with it."
I began pushing Odine along. "Is he your friend?"
I shook my head as I whispered. "The Solitude guards know me thanks to a quest I completed."
I jumped as Sorex called out to me. "Vek! Perfect timing!"
I turned as he walked up, "What's with the tree."
I sighed, "I think that is gonna be asked a few more times. It is magic, don't drink the sap."
Sorex snapped his fingers and smiled, "Gotcha! I have a quest for us though. Close by solitude, so I can adventure out for it. I figured you want to come since it is a pirate ship supposedly."
A pirate ship? Sorex held out a note and I looked at it. It gave me a quest called the Restless. However the note seemed to be addressed to Sorex. "Where did you get this?"
Sorex shrugged, "The courier gave it to me."
How strange... A pirate ship. I don't remember a quest like that. The note said whoever can manage to rid the ship of ghosts may claim it as their own. "So what you want a pirate ship?"
Sorex shrugged, "Why not. Depending on the size it could be cool to own and fix up."
I nodded, "I'll help ya with it. Just after I do some things. Oh speaking of, did an Orc named Lurbuk rent a room here?"
Sorex frowned, "Oh god, yes one did. He is an awful bard. Thank god he mentioned he was gonna learn from them."
Well that was good I guess. I wanted to use Lurbuk as a follower for the King Olaf Verse quest. Would be handy to have an extra set of hands for that. Not to mention, he would owe me wouldn't he? Heh, Favors are the best currency.
I waved Sorex goodbye as I pushed Odine up the hill. Odine spoke to me again, "Could be nice to travel on a pirate ship."
I made it up the hill a little tired. Captain Aldis spotted me and walked over as I leaned against Odine. "What is with the tree?"
I sighed, "Can I leave it here? The tree is a Hist, the sap is addictive. Best to arrest anyone who tries to drink said sap. Don't ask further questions about the tree unless you want to ask them to the tree after drinking the sap."
Captain Aldis looked confused and clearly had more questions. However he chose to accept it. "Yeah, does it need water?"
I nodded, and Captain Aldis waved his hand. "I'll tell Legate Rikke about it. She likes to water plants has her own garden."
Wasn't she the Imperial commander here in Solitude? I would need to join the imperial legion. "Anyway! I got this letter from Gorm."
Captain Aldis grabbed the note and looked it over. "Ah, we did talk about this months back. However with the war... I am not sure that is the best idea."
II gave out a hypothetical question. "What if the war were to end?"
Captain Aldis sighed, "I hope you aren't implying what I think you are."
I shook my head, "Nah, at least not yet."
Captain Aldis shook his head. "Good luck with that. I'll need to file this for the future."
I nodded and watched him leave. However I stopped him and asked, "How do I get into the sewers?"
He ignored my question and just shook his head. Odine called out to me, "There is a werewolf in the sewers. I can sense it and its pain. Are you sure you want to go down there?"
I sighed, "Sadly I have to."
I headed down to the market first though. I would buy some steak and juice to feed to whoever Sebastian Lort's daughter is.
