And, as if reminding him that they were still here, the Fiery Bones pack,growled at him. Seemingly enjoying the perplexed look on Blake's face.
Now, Blake was no fool, even facing a Mid F-Rank at his current level could be a hassle because of his low number of skills. And that was why, he immediately tried to activate blitz.
But his face froze in horror as he looked at the new notifications.

Blake screamed in horror as the Pack finally made their move. And once more his passive skill triggered again.

Instantly, Blake's aura rose and the packs which were advancing suddenly stopped, taking a step back. A look of confusion in their eyes.
Blake however, was still marvelling in the feeling of his aura.
'So powerful' he thought.
As his figure suddenly flashed, appearing in front of one of the beast.
Of course, if it was a Low F-Rank, it would not have been able to see Blake's movement. However, it was a Mid F-Rank Blake was dealing with. With instincts far higher than a Low F-Rank, it wasn't surprising, that it managed to avoid Blake's punch.
Blake already knowing this, instantly reached out to grab the closest Beast near him.
But to his surprise, and utter dismay, the Beast suddenly caught on fire. Scorching Blake's fist.
"Ahhhhhh!"
A wild scream escaped his lips as he couldn't phantom what skill allows one's body to suddenly ignite.

Blake cursed as he suddenly retreated, jumping few steps back.
Now, the beasts stared at Blake. The previous confusion gone. Even with the 5% debuff in their energy and overall stats, they could still handle Blake together.
Blake was already wondering, 'even with this skills effect, it is still difficult to deal with them. Imagine, I didn't have it at all'.
'Although I have an idea'

In other room,which consisted of a large screen, where the participants.were displayed.
A group of powerful individuals were watching,fully focused on the screen in front of them. Although,everyone's eyes were on one individual.
"Shouldn't we stop this?".
One of them asked.
"I mean she has a point. We can't watch him just die in the hands of some F-Rank beasts, now can we?". Another said. " Just think of what his father would do". He continued as he shuddered inwardly.
"We can't cancel the whole thing because of just one kid, we invested a lot of resources to open this zone".
"Silence!"
A voice boomed.
And immediately, the room quieted down instantly. Turning to the man standing tall, with a heavy aura standing in front of the huge screen.
"Have you fools, not seen his expression, does that face look like someone who is bothered about the beasts?".
"But sir! that could be because he is too foolish to understand the grave danger that he is in. He may not even know the ranks of the beast he was saying". Someone said.
And everyone could not help but agree at his words. Although,some wondered if it was the right thing to do to interrupt the previous conversation.
And it seemed, the man looked annoyed. Throwing a glance at him, the man cowered in fear. Shaking in his boots before speaking.
"I...I am sorry Mr Zack. I shouldn't have butted into the conversation"
"You better be sorry, Randy".
Zack replied as he turned around and continued watching Blake.
Although, cold on the outside, Zack was having a little conversation of his own in his mind.
'The way this boy is using his powers, it dosent look like he just got it from the get go'.
'Although sloppy, but he has a little experience in handling his powers. So, when , and how did he get his powers. And how come no one knew about it.?'. He wondered.
'Hahaha... interesting....very interesting...you have alot of secrets Blake Turner, and I am going to uncover every one of it. Bit by bit'.
Zake though as a subtle glint flashed across his eyes. Although, no one saw it since he was backing everyone.

Standing against the four beasts, Blake finally made his move.
Again, his figure flashed as he ran full speed to the nearest beast. Startled, the beast instantly ignited turning into a being of flames.
It was somewhat scary, but considering its name, Blake didn't have the time to be surprised .
Within close proximity, Blake thirst his hands forward and as if on instinct, the Beasts body ignited even further. So much so, that Blake whose hand hadn't touched the beast we already burning. But Blake bore through the pain, as he activated the last part of his plan.

Instantly,the burning sensation on Blake's hand disappeared. Suddenly replaced with the groaning and grunting of the beast. Shortly followed by loud growls and a wild frenzy. Of course Blake retreated as soon as the 'reverse card' skill effect took place.
And he just observed as the flames, which did not harm the fur of the beast before, began burning it off. leaving behind scorched marks, as the Beast, feeling the uncomfortable feeling began growling and Wildy charging towards Blake .
Although, it was actually charging at its companions.
The others, seeing one if their own in pain, was about to rush towards it. Only to see it blindly charging towards them. The intensity of the flames reaching an unbearable degree.
Seeing this, Blake couldn't help but laugh as his seemingly stupid plan turned out for the better.
Perhaps he did have some luck left afterall. he thought.
Moving Swiftly, Blake moved and made quick work of the confused beasts. Of course at the last beast's death, a long awaited ding sound resounded in his ear.
