As Jason sat in meditation, his mind was focused. He had not been idle this past month, managing to increase his cultivation to the second layer of Qi condensation. Although this was not deemed fast, he was impressed with his own hard work and determination.
Suddenly, the door to his room opened and Lina walked in, holding a small storage ring. "Jason, the items have been purchased." she said with a wry smile on her face.
Jason opened his eyes and turned to face Lina. "Thank you," he said, taking the ring from her. Inwardly he was excited, due to finishing his mission he would be able to go visit his brother again.
The reason they had to wait for a month was because of the Golden Lotus and the Earth-fire stone which had been difficult to acquire. A mission was created on his behalf and given to the Inner Sect disciples to go into the nearest city and locate them.
