The village chief directly berated, "Yu Niang, you're just Ran's aunt. What right do you have to not let her acknowledge Doctor Wu as her master?"

"I…" Yu Niang was rendered speechless and looked agitated. Her eyes even turned red, as if she had suffered a great grievance and looked like she was about to cry.

Her vulnerable exterior might make lots of men feel protective, but she was not popular with the ladies at all.

Someone said in annoyance, "Yu Niang, that's enough. If you want to cry, go home and cry. When you chased Lin Ran out, why didn't you say that she was her aunt? Now that she's living alone, do you want to interfere with her? What kind of logic is this?"
