Jono began training on the basic techniques of his freestyle boxing fight at seven o'clock in the evening, as planned. He repeated these movements until his training schedule was complete.
When Jono finished practicing, he noticed that something was lacking from his previous practice. He felt that the absence of a punching bag as the object of his punching made him only practice boxing aimlessly.
"I think I should buy some new training equipment," he said, taking a deep breath. He then planned to purchase some basic training equipment, which would be essential for his training. Jono then realized that purchasing new tools for martial arts training would cost him quite a lot of money.
"Money, more money," he grumbled, somewhat frustrated.

Next day,
Today is the official start of teaching and learning activities at school. Teaching and learning activities in the classroom will last until twelve o'clock in the afternoon, which is then followed by activities in the extracurricular club.
New students in Jono's class are studying General Science subjects, and the first sub-subject is the fundamentals of power level. The one who gives lessons is Mr. Wili, who is their homeroom teacher.
"As has been learned at the middle school level, we divide the power level into four phases, which are then further divided into ten stages in each phase."
"Why is it divided into phases?"
"Why is each phase subdivided into stages?"
"What are the primary distinctions between each power level?"
"Perhaps these three questions are the most frequently asked by people in general."
"During this first meeting, we will discuss the topic of the first question. Why is it divided into phases?"
"Anyone knows?" Mr. Wili asked the students in the class. But no one took the initiative to respond, so he continued to teach.
"For the time being, what the common people know is that there are four major levels in the power level system, ranging from the first phase to the fourth phase."
"The first phase is also known as the initial phase; why is it called the initial phase?" Mr. Wili spoke slowly while observing the students so that they could follow the lessons he conveyed.
"Because during this phase, our bodies will experience physical and mental strengthening so that we can control super abilities easily."
"The second phase is also known as the gaseous phase; this phase is called the gaseous phase because, during this phase, the magic energy stored in our bodies will form an accumulation of magic energy somewhere in our bodies."
"This accumulated magic energy looks like it has a gas-like shape; the location where it accumulates magic energy is in the center of the human body; this location is shaped like a container that stores magic energy, and this container has an unchanged size."
"The third phase is also known as the liquid phase; it is called the liquid phase because the accumulated magic energy increases rapidly in quantity in a fixed size container, which then makes the accumulated magic in gaseous form transform into a liquid form."
"The fourth phase is also known as the solid phase."
"This phase is known as the solid phase because, during this phase, the accumulated magic energy that was in the form of a liquid was transformed into a solid form."
Mr. Wili then gave time for the students to digest the knowledge he had just explained. After that, he explained again in more detail about the naming of each phase.
Mr. Wili and the students in this class engaged in a lot of question-and-answer activities during the teaching and learning process. Jono just listened silently during the teaching and learning activities.
Mr. Wili explained the subject matter at a rather slow pace, which resulted in only a few lessons being delivered today until the teaching and learning time was over for the General Science subject. Even though Mr. Wili only delivered a few lessons, an hour and a half passed.
The next subject is Natural Science. There will be a thirty-minute break before the Natural Sciences class begins.
The natural science teacher was an elderly lady. She brought several miniature beasts, which she carried in a wheeled basket. The elderly female teacher seemed to be over fifty years old. She had hair that had mostly started to turn white, and skin wrinkles were showing on the sides of her face. But she still looks sturdy and walks like a young person.
"My name is Yuri, and I am the general science teacher for this class and several other classes."
"The first subject matter we will learn about is beasts, such as the power level of beasts, their habitats, and so on."
"Today we will discuss the power level of beasts, but before we get to the core of the subject matter, I want to ask all of you: what is a beast?"
"Who knows? Raise your hand," Mrs. Yuri asked.
Several students then raised their hands, and she pointed at some students to give their answers. The first student that Mrs. Yuri pointed at was Alvi, even though Alvi had just raised his hand to appear active in class.
"The beast is a wild animal, Mrs. Yu," Alvi said with a strange smile.
Hearing this answer, several students wanted to laugh, including Jono. Mrs. Yuri's corner lips seemed to tremble, forcing her to maintain her smile. She then appointed another student named Rismi.
"Beasts are animals that live in the wild, Mrs. Yuri," Rismi explained.
It didn't stop there. Mrs. Yuri pointed at several other students who wanted to try to answer.
"Basically, all of your answers are slightly correct, but slightly correct is not necessarily accurate." Mrs. Yuri's words puzzled the students. She ignored her students' puzzled expressions and continued with her lesson.
"According to an expert named Mr. Heuan, a beast is an animal that has undergone a transformation into an animal that has a body that can accommodate magic energy."
"Other experts have also stated that an animal can be considered a beast if they have magic energy in their bodies."
"Ordinary animals that are around us do not have bodies that contain magic energy; most of them become food ingredients, such as chicken in ordinary chicken soup, and so on."
"But there are also chickens whose bodies contain magic energy, so we can say this chicken to be a chicken beast."
"From some expert opinions, they say an animal to be a beast if it has a magic energy in its bodies and reaches the power level in the first stage."
"As you all know, beasts have the same power level system as humans."
"It's just that beasts have bodies that are stronger, more suitable, and easier to accommodate magic energy, or you could say that the bodies of beasts seem to be connected more naturally with magic energy."
"According to Mr. Heuan and other experts, beasts are not only shaped like animals, but can also come from plants and take the form of plants."
"Plants that become beasts appear more active, and the senses that undergo a transformation become more advanced."
...
Just like Mr. Wili, Mrs. Yuri also gave lessons for one and a half hours. After the two subjects were finished, many students went to the canteen for lunch.
There is a time lag of one hour before extracurricular activities begin; therefore, many students spend this time eating in the canteen or hanging out elsewhere in the school area. At one o'clock in the afternoon, the new students will be in their respective clubs, depending on their schedules.
Mandatory activities in extracurricular clubs are only twice a week; other days are not mandatory or optional. Therefore, some students will not choose two extracurricular clubs that have a colliding schedule of mandatory attendance.
Jono is like that; he chooses two clubs that have different mandatory attendance schedules. Today is Thursday, which is the day for the unarmed martial arts extracurricular club and the schedule for long-range martial arts club.
At first, Jono wanted to join a long-range martial arts extracurricular club, but because his extracurricular schedule was on the same day, he decided against it.
This extracurricular club activity is carried out together with second and third-year students but different mandatory attendance day, or it can be said that all students of one school will practice together in their respective extracurricular clubs. But there are exceptions: students who are ranked among the top hundred students are not required to participate in ordinary extracurricular club activities. The current ranking of the top hundred students is dominated by third-year students.
Jono had never entered the main building of the extracurricular club; previously, he had only entered the storage room, which was located next to the club's main building.
The unarmed martial arts extracurricular club main building has a length and width of up to fifty meters, as well as a height of up to two stories. As soon as Jono entered this building, many students had already arrived, especially new students like him.
